I need Help

I need Help

Hi everyone
I am old member under 1scrolnet. Change name due pass problem.

I started PE long ago and stopped. Now want to be back to it.
My penis is not bad, it is average ( 14.5 cm/5.7 inch)
I am not satisfied with this measurement

I wish I can work it to reach 7. That’s my all hope.
Anyone has a good tested program either weekly or monthly to follow up that bring good result? Pls share.

Started:BPEL=5.0" x MEG=4.6 .(actually I was between 4.9 and 5 so I went with 5)

Now:BPEL= 6.3 x MEG=4.8 .. :) Final goal = 7.0 BPEL x 5.2 MEG.

Saw your result in signature, this result is after how long of PE?

I’ve taken some breaks so put all time together it would be about 4 1/2 months . I’m an easy gainer or may be its because i am 18.


Started:BPEL=5.0" x MEG=4.6 .(actually I was between 4.9 and 5 so I went with 5)

Now:BPEL= 6.3 x MEG=4.8 .. :) Final goal = 7.0 BPEL x 5.2 MEG.

That’s great to gain that in short time. The age maybe helps.

One more thing warmup’s/warm down’s are very very important . If your use the warm water/wash cloth method to warm up i highly recommend that the temps of the water should be 60c or above not Fahrenheit its Celsius .if you do a warm up with 60c temp after 5 min your penis will start to feel like its gel. after that when you stretch (oh my god) your stretches will be like so much different and you will be able to stretch out further .

Normally I let hot water running on my penis. Then dry it I don’t use cloth :)

Use a wash cloth . Soak the towel in the warm water squeeze about 75% of the water then wrap it on .In about 2 min the towel will start to lose it heat then unwrap and repeat the procedure about 3 times ,That will be about 5 to 6 min of warm up time..

repeat the same steps for warm down .. try doing this way just once . i believe you will see the difference once you try it and if you don’t like it you can go back to your normal warmup style.
