I need help with enlargement,

So I have used the Jes extender and Joel Kaplan’s for about 6 months now and I have had little to no results. I have not ever done the jelq exercises so I was wondering how much that helps. Anything you guys can recomend would be greatly appreciated.

I have several manual exercises and assisted exercises in my repertoire (jelq, stretch, v-stretch, hanging, extender). I do not follow a rigid program. I just do what I feel like doing. That way no two days are the same. My dick has no idea what to expect. I think this may be a key as to how I obtained a 3/4” newbie gain.

Yeah I agree with firegoat, heat must be the secret cause I’ve only been jelqing and stretching in the bath for a week now every day (apart from one lazey day) I sit in it for about 10mins then jelq and stretch for about 20 mins then sit in it for another 10 so I’m getting a warm up and warm down. I’ve gained 0.3inch. Now I know that don’t sound like allot but it is a gain and only after 5 days!! Lxl_trevor_lxl take your fully erect measurements and record them then forget them and don’t think about measuring again for like 2 weeks or something and use conditioner to jelq with every day while you take a bath!! It ain’t even like a chore when you do it in the bath, it’s actually quite nice. If I feel I need to have a wank after I clamp with my hands just at the point of cumming and hold it so I don’t and hold that clamp till it goes a little soft and then start to wank again, you can do this for ages before you actually cum and is supposed to help you with enlargement. I’ve got a jes extender and used it for about a month before I got pissed off with it and realised that it wasn’t doing much for me. Trust me, stick with jelqing and as long as your doing it right and you dick feels like it’s had a workout at the end and looks abit fatter when you warm down you will see some gains. Had to have a wank earlier n my dick felt different in my hand. I haven’t been measuring my girth but it actually looks and feels slightly thicker. Have fun on your road to a bigger dick, I now actually think this is working and I’m gonna try n hit my goal of 6inches non bone pushed erect length and 5.5 girth. Just 2 weeks with out worrying about the size of your cock and measuring it and a good bath routine and then a remessurment and you will be hooked!! Good to hear that you are enjoying the PE experience 5inch. It is generally considered that conditioner is not a good thing to jelq with; it is rather drying, although not as much as soaps, so the effects take longer to show up.

Thanks for all the help guys, especially Drilla9 Firegoat and 2007uk, I like the bath plan I’m gonna have to give that a try. I don’t think I ever fully understood the Jelq technique so hopefully I can find some useful info in the Newbie room.

I just started Jelqing and wow, after 3 nights I can already tell this is going to work. I’m addicted. My penis is always left looking so much bigger, especially in girth, and it remains that way all day. I have been Jelqing every night just to warm myself up to it but I think I will move to every morning and night. Also I know there are many different techniques for jelqing, (For whatever reason I cannot download vids, and some of the explanations are a bit hard to follow) but I have been using the same one I believe. Just the simple ok sign and semi-erect and holding each stretch for a few seconds. I actually start by stretching doing some longer stretched holding for 7-10 seconds and then moving on to 3, then I eventually start just going rapidly, not holding for any amount of time but rather letting my hand slide right off, but right before it slides off I am already grabbing and squeezing with my other hand and repeating for 10 minutes or so.

I’m glad you’re looking into manual routines. Beware of jelqing twice a day (morning and night). You may overwork your dick! Work up to longer jelqing sessions as per the newbie routine (linked below). It’s the whole, “You only got one dick - so don’t fuck it up” thing.

In other news, warming up and stretching in the bath, as 5inch suggested, are part of my routine and I recommend this highly!
