I need help on Jelqing and stretching.

Okay, I have been using an ADS for a little over a month. Some days I’d wear it for 6-8 hours. Some for 3. Some days I wouldn’t wear it at all, but now I have vowed to wear it 8h each day and have been doing that for the past week and a half. I have ejaculated a good bit and I think that is why I am running into problems. Okay, I want to do the routine westsidetoni did. Penimaster for 8h and 30 mins stretching and Jelqing. For the past week I have done that, however I am having a problem.

Now I haven’t gained anything when I am erect. I am still 6.5 in length, and 5.5 in girth. I must say though, my flaccid gains have been tremendous. I went from like 2 in flaccid to 5 in flaccid. This happened like right after I started using the Penimaster. Is this a good sign of things to come?

Okay, now I have been jelqing while watching porn, and as you can imagine I get real hard when this happens. I don’t think I should do this. While my EQ has improved, my dick hurts right after jelqing and I want length. How do you guys know when you’re at 50% erection, and how do you keep your dick at that level for the whole session? I am having problems with that. I also want to say that lately I have been ejaculating right after jelqing I am so hard.

Is the ejaculating hindering my gains because I think so. If so, how do you PEers deal with your erections? I get hard numerous times during the day and sometimes I can’t help myself.

My goal is a 9x6+ but I will settle for 8x6. Also, does extagen or extenze work? I always thought Penis pills were lies but my cousin tried extenze and claims it works.Although he never measured he says he has eyes and can see it got bigger. Could this be a good aid when combined with PE and the Penimaster? And also, will stretched length become erect length over time? Is that how these ADSs work? I have seen tremendous flaccid gains, I hang like a mofo now, but I want erection gains to go with that. This has to be the doing of Penimaster because I’ve never hung like that before. I did newbie routine on and off for a year and never hung like that when flaccid. I am serious, when I look at my flaccid cock I think it is gonna be 8+ inches when erect but it is still the same size. Please help me I need this big dick man. I don’t think my dick is small but it isn’t big either, so I want a monster in my boxer draws.

Over time, you’ll gain more control over the erection level automatically. It’s hard to imagine, but it will happen.

There are numerous threads about masturbation and gains. Opinions vary. In any case, your increase in spontaneous erections is a GREAT sign that you’re PEing healthily!

The pills definetly DO NOT work.

I know it’s an old debate, but I recommend to you to try not to masturbate after jelquing. Masturbate once a week maximum and see if you gain erect length. I kept masturbation to a minimum and I had good gains. I don’t know whether it has to do something with that or not and I know there are no scientific facts which support the claim that masturbation hinders gains, but I just had this feeling that I can gain better without masturbation so I didn’t do it often. Just give it a try.

Westsidetoni! You are the one that led me on to the Penimaster. I hope I can gain as you have. How much did you stretch your unit when first starting? I can’t get it past like 7 inches stretched? Is that good for now?? I should jelq at a lower erection level for length right?

I stretched the penis at full power, so that no bars on the penimaster can be seen… However, if this is to painful for you, keep it stretched at a length where it doesn’t hurt but you still feel the stretch.. Concerning jelquing, I recommend to jelq at a high erection level, for more blood flow..

Don’t continue jelquing with a full erection, it is too intense, can cause blood spotting and other damage. Wait for the moment when your penis subsides to the point when it can no longer support its own weight. If you get rock hard again, stop jelquing and wait for it to subside again. If you can warm up a little during this time it will help. It is most effective when each jelq stroke makes your penis “inflate” with blood which makes it stand up each time. I find that doing this exercise first, fatigues my penis somewhat and makes full erections more difficult to achieve which is ideal for the next exercise - low level erection jelqs.

Low level erection jelqs work like manual stretches, only the stretch is more frequent with a lower duration. This exercise targets length due to the stretching action of each jelq stroke, starting flaccid will make sure you don’t get hard too quickly. If you do get hard it will restrict how much the tunica will stretch lengthwise so again stop and wait for the blood to drain out before continuing.

It wasn’t very effective for me but I learned that the first gains you will see are in stretched flaccid length, erect length gains usually appear after 1-2 months, during which time you should have slowly increased the tension.

I only ejaculate 2-3 times per week, after each 2nd day of PE. I do a 2 day on, 1 day off routine so that gives me 48hours to “fill my balls up”, not ejaculating definitely improves erection quality for me.

Don’t waste money on pills but change your diet so that you eat food that improves blood circulation especially on your PE days.

Last bit of advice, SLOW DOWN! The biggest gains come from consistency and not by quick overloading, so just do your PE without measuring too often and you’ll be pleasantly surprised. I stopped measuring every day and now do it once per month - I’m never disappointed that way.

I’ve been jelqing at a very low erection level, almost soft. It has seemed to work cause it is giant when I am done. I have been stretching it to where my dick is about at erect length. When I try to use maximum power with the Penimaster, I stretch it to about 7 inches, and at that point it usually slips out. I was wondering if anyone had some tips for stopping it from slipping. Also, has anyone else had good gains using an ADS?

Also, aside from the wet dream I had last night, I haven’t been ejaculating. I haven’t been masturbating either. Also, my dick does not hurt when I am done jelqing. I guess this is due to using a lower erection level.

Also, how often should I increase the bars on the Penimaster?

The noose of the penimaster isn’t very good, I replaced it with a piece of tissue which i cutted out of a sock. I wrap it around the penis and tie a knot, this prevents slipping out (but don’t tie it TOO tight, it can be painful). Regarding the bars, just try to always keep a good stretch, which you feel.

Sometimes it will stay. Also, how have you combated circulation problems? That has become a big problem for me. I can manage to wear it for about an hour before I have to take it off for at least 5 minutes to retain my circulation.

I overcame the ADS circulation problem by covering my extender and penis with a Thermotex wrist Far infra red heat pad. http://www.allegromedical.com/perso…st-p215078.html
The heating element is 8” long and velcro straps keep it in place.

The only problem is that it is connected to the mains electricity so it’s only suitable if you are sitting down at home, however the circulation in the penis is so good that it stays warm for around 15 minutes without the pad, which gives you enough time to make a cup of tea, make dinner etc.

Even though it improved circulation, I still removed the extender every 30 minutes or so to massage the parts of the penis in contact with the attachment.

As the penis got used to the stretch and became more flexible, I had to add metal rods from time to time. I figured that the ideal stretch is just slightly below the maximum stretch.. I’d say about half an inch less then the maximum possible stretch.. Regarding the circulation problem, that’s normal.. Especially during the first 4-6 weeks.. with time you’ll be able to wear it longer periods without taking it off… I began using the penimaster again on July 1st and in the beginning it was very uncomfortable and I had to take it off and on again very often.. Now I can wear it for about 2 hours until the pain starts.
