I need help on Jelqing and stretching.

Wow. What has been your routine so far and have you gained any more?

I wore the penimaster 12h each day, sometimes added manual stretches. No jelquing until now. I haven’t measured yet, I will do this programm until the end of this month (august) and do a measurement then.

Could you help me a little on how to get 12h every day? How do you do it? Do you sacrifice sleep? It is hard getting in my 8h with a 30 min stretch session and a 30 min jelq session.

Just put it on after you wake up in the morning and everytime you start feeling pain, go to the toilet and do a little massage and put it back on, even if you have to do it 12 or more times during the day.

Weee. Even with my horrible work ethic by my standards (I did masturbate quite a bit) I am now like 7 inches I think this thing does work. I am going to get me a baby sock and a string and start showing way more dedication so I can gain even more! I am just uncertain on how Imma wear it during classes. Imma have to leave my classes quite a bit to massage my penis.

Also, is it possible to work out/lift weights while wearing this thing westsidetoni?

Do you have to take a lot of bathroom breaks? I have been wearing it for a while and I sometimes have to do it every half hour.
