Listen up guys,

If any of you have had success gaining length, then I need your advice. I have gotten a very thick or fat unit from extensive downward jelqing. I did this because I was told that P.E. only works by increasing the amount of blood in your unit, which I was then told can be done by jelqing downward with pressure.

Anyway, I gained a ton of girth and I have a unit that I could probably live with (About 7), but I need an inch more in length to feel like I have a monster wang. Jelqing never really got me anywhere with length gains.

I just bought a microwave and I made rice-socks for my heat source,

and I need you guys to help me develop a strategy to overwhelm my thickness and overpower it to generate substantial length gains.

I thought he was talking about girth based on the fact that he says: “because Im too thick”.

Anyway, 7” NBP on lenght is really long.

How much girth did you gain from jelqing downward?

Low erection jelqing is supposed to be good for length. Higher erection level jelq (75%) supposed to be good for girth.

Maybe you were doing high erection jelqs?

Also dry jelqs are supposed to be better for girth than wet jelqs

Am curious as to what you did, as I am working on jelqs.

I ve been searching for what erection level I should do my jelqing at. A lot of answers, but not the answer that I wanted. Cheeva talked about his new jelq method, which I am saving for the moment when I hit a plateau.

There’s a lot of different answers, such as 20% to 50% jelq, or less 75%

Bottom line, I think you should listen to your sidekick, and stay within 40-55% erection for length. But then again, I am a newbie. I shall watch this thread closely when I have time.

sorry to confuse, i am not 7” girth, i am 7” length.

my girth is 6.2”

just got a nice work out in, did some stretches after a warm up for 15 minutes, jelqed for 1 minute, and I did erect squeezes with pulling my foreskin as the leverage (im uncut) for 5 minutes….

Erect exercises are only good for girth, they are dangerous though. You can try A/V/fulcrum stretches (use the search feature). Stick with the manual exercises for some time and if you like to use any mechanic equipment, you should try an extender first.

Erect squeezes are designed to increase girth. So if you don’t want to get any thicker, I would say don’t do them.

If you are wanting length, I’d say concentrate on stretching and low erection jelqs.

Yes, I am curious about this too, as I am focusing on girth right now. Am interest how much you got from the downward jelqing, and hoping you can explain a little more how you did it. (erection level, etc)

Well I can say this, I remember when I was a teen, I was pretty thin. I would say I gained 1.5” girth. Just guessing, it could be greater.

I focused on doing wet jelqs at about 65 to 70 percent.

Point down.

Don’t use a wimpy grip, use your whole hand if you need to,

Get to the base of pubic bone

If your uncut pull the foreskin back like your almost cocking it back before you shoot a bow and arrow,

and just massage/grip downward fast enough to feel it working.

then just use that same hand and keep the grip slightly and bring it all back again to repeat.

I did this for an hour or so every night.

It works. No doubt about it. But you have to not use too much force. Don’t choke it so much as push it to a relative limit.
