I need help advice
Okay so here is my newbie routine,
I do a 10 minute warm up I use a watter bottle with hot water easier then a hot wash cloth..
After warming up I do jelqs for 15 to 25 minutes then rest for like three to five minutes,
I then start stretching down for five minutes an then up for five an then left for five an then right for five ect..
An then I do kegels for as long as I can,if anyone could help add to my routine I would appreciate it an I was wondering if I did this PE routine for a month
How much would I grow, would I grow more then an inch or an inch ?
Well if anyone could help it would be nice.
