I need girth

As you can see from the title I have a thin penis and I want to get it thicker. I have read a few articles about girth but everyone had their own opinion and I got confused because I can not regrow such genital and I don’t want to lose it. As a newbie I am asking you people to tell me a way to gain girth without making my penis purple. I am currently not able to buy any clamping device or extender but I am planning on buying a few cock rings because that is the only thing I can afford for that now. Should I do that? If yes, how should I use it and what type ? I jelqed before but it hurt like hell even I was like %45 erect and I repeated 100 times with 4-5 second strokes.

Things to remember……
It should NEVER be painful.
Start slow and easy. Increase time and intensity gradually.
Rest days are very important. Start with one day on, one day off.

Cock rings will do nothing alone, some advanced guys use them to enhance other methods. Forget about using any devices for 3 months. You can achieve easy gains with manual PE only. Exploit this until the easy gains are gone.

You can do a type of manual clamping, by simply squeezing around the base of the penis with the reverse OK grip, and forcing blood in until the penis expands beyond its normal erection size. It’s called an ULI search around and you will find lots of information about it. You can gain a lot of girth using only the hands in this way.

Of course it is good advice to first master the newbie routine and improve your technique so there is no pain, but the ULI is the best way to gain girth with no devices.

Remember, like any training, the regularity and consistency of your workouts over the long term will determine your gains much more than anything else. You get back what you put in. Also, this is a slow process, taking months and years. Remain determined and patient.

Consider holding the pressure versus multiple reps. I call it modified jelqing:

To perform Modified Jelqing, lubricate your hands with a lubricant that’s easy to wash off. Form an OK sign grip with thumb and forefinger at the base of your flaccid penis with the palm facing you. Tighten the grip tight enough to form a seal but not too tight that you cannot easily slide it. Now, either Kegel in blood or stimulate yourself to add blood to the shaft above your grip until you are about maybe 80% or more erect, just below full erection. Be sure your foreskin is retracted, unless you want the foreskin to grow along with the head. Leaving the head retracted may not be an option for some and that is fine. Now slide that grip/seal up the shaft, traveling only approximately 1” up the shaft until you feel pressure, which will cause a slightly painful stretching sensation. The lower on the shaft (toward the base) you created the pressure, the more of the shaft that will experience the expansion. Hold that as long as you can (30 seconds to minutes, until your hand tires), then reset and repeat, switching hands if necessary until a total of 5 minutes have gone by. At the 5 minute mark, release your grip and massage the shaft and head to restore circulation for 2-5 minutes (also helps prevent discoloration) and then start another 5 minute expansion session.

Just a handful of the MJs is equal to a huge quantity of standard jelqs. The longer you keep your tissues over 100% erection, the faster the gains. Thanks.
