Hi Guys. Been on and off thunders for around 4 years and have some modest but hard earned gains due to, in the past, a quite hit and miss approach to PE. However I am now 8 inches bone pressed in length and measure 8 inches exactly with a tailors tape. I’m reasonably happy with this length but would like another half inch in which will no doubt come with persistence and continued effort. However my girth is letting me down. I’ve increased my girth a little bit to just over 5 inches. However with an 8 inch cock length you need some girth and id like to shoot for 5.5 inch girth and I will be very happy at that. I’ve been jelqing for ages and have a more consistent approach to PE than previously but I cannot seem to make ANY gains with my girth in the last year or so. Does anyone have any advice or suggestions for me? I am worried my cock will look too skinny for its length and will be out of proportion.

Well. You don’t need girth, since you have a huge pecker if your stats are right. You want more girth, that’s fine but wanting is not needing.

Write down what you have been doing for girth if you want sensible advice.

I’ve mainly been stretching followed by jelqing . Mainly dry jelqing. I certainly feel like I need that girth instead of want it. I do this nearly every day in stealth . I am desperate for girth .

Dry jelqing is the way to go but you will not see the results overnight. Add a couple of sets of clamping. Stay on a 1 on/1 off and do longer sessions.

Can you steer me towards a good tutorial thread on this “clamping”? Search shows about a thousand loll

Thanks for that. I’ll give it a go for a few months. What length of dry jelqing session would you recommend ? Do you dry jelq whilst clamped? And at what erection level for maximum but safe growth. Thanks . David.

No I don’t dry jelq while clamped. My personal opinion is that dry jelqs should be done at about 60% erection. About the length, this can vary a lot from a guy to the next, I’ve always felt that more than 10 minutes of dry jelqs are not required and I have a steel cock after years of experiments. So that should be more than enough for 99% of PEers I suppose.

If PE were a zero sum game, I’d be jealous that you’re 8x5 and haven’t even begun really targeting girth. Marinera has forgotten more than I’ve ever known, but clamping killed my EQ the first two times I tried it. I had to take 3 weeks off from PE and sex. Now I do it easily.

My girth gains came in stair steps rather than steady gains once I started targeting it. After newbie stretching and jelqing conditioning phase, I added squeezes and and then o-bends. Later I went to supra slammers (uli, erect jelq, squeeze routine) and got another jump.

You will find what works for you. Just remember to focus on exercises that make your penis expand without causing any negative PIs (could be dry jelq, clamping, flaccid bends, erect bends, any combination of these, etc.).

Common wisdom seems to be that some guys are more prone to gain length, girth, some of both or nothing. The most likely answer is that you will be able to gain girth and +1/2” is a reasonable goal.

Proper conditioning is too important so I would suggest sticking with your base newbie routine with some extra girth exercise: warm-up, stretch, replace wet jelqs with dry jelqs (if you haven’t done so already) and add one more girth focused exercise. Just take your time, focus on productive workouts rather than # of reps/minutes, watch your PIs to determine when you need to rest and by the end of this year you’ll be the envy of many men on this board.

Personally, I don’t think about any other man’s cocks… but as part of this supportive community I’m happy to share my personal experience:)

Several big gainers on this board have said repeatedly that ~7.25x5.5 is optimal and wished they had just stopped there. My head (and my wife’s response) tells me that this wisdom is correct, but the male ego in me still wishes I could hit 8x6. You’re length is already good so girth should be your relative priority. As your penis expands, you may lose some length which is why I say you should continue stretching along with girth exercises.
