I need all kinds of help

Hey guys I’m 25 and my height is 5’10 and I just recently lost 73 pounds and I now weigh 237 pounds. My problem is my penis, erected it’s only 4.5x4.5 now the size of my penis didn’t bother me until I had sex for the first time last year. During sex with I wore a condom and I couldn’t feel anything at all, nothing, it was like her vagina didn’t feel tight at all. I’m not sure if it’s because I’m too small in girth or her vagina is too big considering we had sex 5weeks after she had her second baby, not sure if that had anything to do with it.

Anyway, after we had sex she mentioned that my unit was too “short and skinny” and she also mentioned that she’s used to taking 8inch cocks. Now she wasn’t the first girl who said that I had a small unit, when I was 16 I had a girl whack me off and she later told my cousin that I was small.

My question is, what exercise or device could I use to make this thing bigger? I’m not looking to have a 8x6 (as I don’t think it’s possible to make my penis that big lol) but would it be possible for me to get into the average range, maybe like 5.5x5 or 6x5? If so, what is it that I need to do and how long will it take for me to achieve this goal?

Best thing (I think) you can do is start with what is called the “Newbie” routine. (It is unfortunately called that even though it is thought and proven by many to be the only routine you ever need)

Lots of guys come into this with lofty goals thinking they can dedicate all the time in the world to PE, then life and laziness gets in the way and they are disappointed when they don’t reach their goals.

You sound like a pretty level headed guy so my advice to you is give it an honest go for a few months, see how much time you can commit to a solid routine and once you start gaining you will be able to better judge just how high to set the bar.

It IS possible to get to 8x6 but will take perseverance. As mentioned above; stick to the newbie routine, stay consistent and you’ll see gains.

Consider keeping a log, measure at intervals and from there can you judge whether you need/want any device to assist you. To a certain extend it’ll tell you how long your goals will take you, but I wouldn’t look too far into it; it may take several months, it may take years.

Start with the newbie routine as recommended by iamaru. I recommend doing a detailed penis inventory so that you can accurately track your progress.

I also recommend dumping the woman you were with and move on. She sounds like a size queen, but that is not the biggest issue with her based on your post. I had about the same size penis as you for most of my adult life. I am now 50 years old and I have never had any woman say anything like that to me. You like me are smaller than average, but still have more than enough to please most women. Most importantly you don’t have to put up with that kind of verbal abuse from anyone.

Don’t let this part get you down. Most guys will tell a woman that they are 8 inches. By virtue of this, most women really have no idea what 8 inches really looks like. I had a life long female friend talk to me about sex. She ended up having sex with a mutual friend and mentioned that it seemed like 8 inches is the normal. Well posted, most people here have seen huge gains with the newbie routine. Another point is the laziness, you have to have a good mind set in order for things to work. Can I ask what your relationship is with the woman you had sex with that made that insensitive comment to you. Just wondering.

She was just a friend, I want over to her house one night and had some drinks with her and next thing you know we ended up having sex. We no longer talk anymore though.

If it’s any encouragement to you, I started off where you are; 4.5NBP x 4.5

Since hitting the gym, I’ve dropped a lot of bodyfat, and that paired with some intermittent exercises - primarily for penile health rather than growth - see me sitting at 5.5NBP x 5, or when there’s a woman involved, a little smidge more than that. I’ve been dabbling in jelqing and basic stretches mainly, never consistently, since I joined Thunders. I myself am looking to start an actual routine in the near future, and it’ll probably be the Newbie Routine most of us start with here.

Edit to add; I’m 23 and 5’9”.
