Since hitting the gym, I’ve dropped a lot of bodyfat, and that paired with some intermittent exercises - primarily for penile health rather than growth - see me sitting at 5.5NBP x 5, or when there’s a woman involved, a little smidge more than that. I’ve been dabbling in jelqing and basic stretches mainly, never consistently, since I joined Thunders. I myself am looking to start an actual routine in the near future, and it’ll probably be the Newbie Routine most of us start with here.
Edit to add; I’m 23 and 5’9”.
Have you had any problems in a relationship or trying to get into a relationship because your size when you were 4.5x4.5?
