Hello guys I am reading the forum from about a week now yesterday I made my profile haven’t done any PE before so I guess I am a newb had not even heard of PE before so in the past week I have read and party understood things in the newbie routines and so .Anyway I wanted to congratulate you for the help you give to newbies like me and encouraging us however let me ask you for the advice I need so in this first week of PE I pretty much did and am doing only stretching in every possible side like a clock on 6o’clock 9’clock etc. With 30-45 sec in each direction I tried jelq but I saw I need to be like 60-70% hard which I couldn’t do I find pretty hard doing any exercise in what I am needed to be hard so can someone make a quick suggestion what to do I mean what exercise that doesn’t need me to stay hard all the time at least for the first month or so because I am feeling good about PE and I am sure I am going to get the hang of it and start jelq in some point of my “career” :) .I am not pretentious but I am working all days long and can’t focus on getting erection at work and doing jelq and in home I’m most of the time with my gf so its almost impossible at this point to jelq anyway for stretching its no problem to go in the bathroom and do a couple of minutes will be very happy if I get an advice in a newbie exercise in what I am not needed hard thank you in advance best of wishes , by the way I am 6.10” NBPEL now I am pretty much fighting for length my girth is good so I would like to focus on length

Welcome to Thunders’, due to the fact that our Testosterone is higher in the morning it may be best to try jelqing then as it is easier to get and maintain an erection in the morning, maybe even use some porn to help with the erection levels.

You could tell your girlfriend that you are doing some exercises for the health of your unit, so that you can go longer and stronger in bed, perhaps she could help, some guys have reported successfully involving their girlfriends/wives.

Thanks for the advice Behemoth actually I already told her yesterday I knew she would understand me but anyway I am kind of uncomfortable starting doing this in front of her or even knowing she is aware I am doing it at the moment :/ we are 3 years now together but .I don’t know I just don’t feel doing it anyway I guess I will wait I guess going to try jelq from time to time until I get the hang of it when you said TT levels are higher in the morning.

I am also doing fitness is there any chance that the progress with PE would be better at the morning because of the higher levels of TT because I know training fitness for example and doing cardio are much more effective at that time of the day?

And one more thing as I said I am working a regular job most of the time is BTC stretching dangerous if overtraning because I stay lets say about 30 mins each day around 10 times a day for 3 minutes or so and are the jelq stretching and BTC stretching enough if done often enough to gain some length in the future or I must go for more advanced techniques or those advanced techniques are just for the moment when you reach the “wall” and stop gaining ?

If you told her already try not to stress about it, just keep doing the routine and you will feel less anxious about it in no time, sometimes it takes a little time for the mind to adjust, that’s all. :)

As far as the higher Testosterone (we try not to use non PE abbreviations here), no it won’t help with progress except to help maintain erection levels.

The best thing you can do is stick to the Newbie Routine for the first three months Jelqing and stretching are synergistic (they work well together and support each other), PE is a lifestyle choice not a race, you may find that just the Newbie Routine is enough for all your needs, many find that they get most of what they want from that and never need to leave it. Hitting the wall as you put it or reaching a plateau in gains is often accelerated by going to fast to soon.

Get comfortable with your routine first, just ease into it and relax, this is a natural thing to do and will make you and your girlfriend happier, so it is also a good thing to do. come here often and read as much as you can and post too, not just in your topics but others as well, this can be a great motivator and help you become comfortable with jelqing etc. And if you want to private message me because you have something you don’t want to discuss openly, do so and I’ll try to help. :)

What I know is that fitness and eating healthy will overall help you with PE growing and getting stronger and harder erections. And yes in the morning there is more chances for the TT to give you a boost on erection. In other words if you improve your whole body your penis will be improved too in the process.. .

The testosterone and fitness things were fine (we try not to abbreviate i.e. use TT for testosterone, we keep the abbreviations for PE related terms).

As for your fat pad this is the soft pad of fat directly above the base of your unit :)

Oh ok no problem will do that I have last question I saw there is topic for tug back or something like this as I said I pretty much do only stretching at the moment and had read that when you stretch you find where your loss of tug back or something like this is anyway still couldn’t understand what feeling I need to find to know where my spot is and is it related to gaining ?

Oh so that’s what fat pad is no I don’t have it it looks just normal

It was probably Turkey Neck you read about, and it is where as you grow the skin from your balls creeps up the shaft. I found that by holding it back while I jelqed and stretched that, I decreased it quite a lot, to the point that it is less than before I started. :)

Well I was typing on memory so I wrote turkey but I meant LOT anyway nice to know that for the Turkey Neck need to work on it as well :D so I’m stretching and doing kegel at 6,7,8o’clock etc and I need to see at witch time the shaft stops pulling back and that’s my LOT right ?

Don’t worry too much about LOT, that has largely been debunked, meaning it does not hold up to scrutiny, it was an early theory that just did not hold up to the truth. :)
