I need ADS help theraband strips QUICK if possible

So I was reading up on ADS and I think I’m gonna start implementing them into my routine because my length is so laughable but the materials are throwing me a bit off.
I have the 20” cloth, I have the tape, I have the belt that I could use.

My problem is I can’t seem to find theraband strips easily or cheaply so I was wondering if anyone has any experience with ADS that used something else. Thanks in advance for any help,

The one featured in this video. It’s really the only one I know of since I’m a newbie so I wanted to make it as close to this as possible but the theraband is really giving me an issue but I don’t have a clue what to use as a replacement

or a vac extender pretty easily.

I found material that seems to be an exact duplicate of theraband - though without the brand name - in Walmart some time ago.
It was in the exercise department near the dumbbells and weights. I can’t remember the price - but it wasn’t much.

Ya thanks guys, I found these workout bands that I had to cut down to size but they seem like they’ll work (honestly haven’t tried yet). I’m going to look into getting the actual hanger though once I start getting some actual length gains
