I need a real routine

I need a real routine

To make things quick.. I do 25 minutes, 5 days a week, of dry/wet jelq w/440 squeezes. I don’t warm wrap. Take the weekends off

I THINK I’ve had some gains but I’m not entirely sure, I know I gained 1/4 inch in girth over 3 months.

Basically if one of you friendly fellows could make up a routine for me I’d greatly appreciate it.

P.S. I’m more interested in length right now, girth is more secondary.

Also add some type of warm up prior to your routine.

Thanks, how do you guys warm up? Hot towel or something, I can’t use my shower every time.

Rice sock. If you have privacy and do much of your PE in front of your computer consider getting a small IR lamp.
