I final found a solid workout that works for me, I’m planing on doing it for the next couple of months,
Its only being about two weeks but the results are much greater then expected.
I do the two day on one day off thing.
—In the morning ill do 5min manual stretching, followed by 5min (x3) pumping sessions.
—About 3-5 hours later I will do another 5min of stretching then— wear my extender for 2-3 hours continually (no breaks needed, I don’t slip out or have any pain or numinous)
—At night while I’m working at the desk after 5min stretching ill extend for 1-2 hours, followed by 5-10min jelqing. Then ill pump for 5min (x2), then into a solid 15min session of pumping.
After taking 2days off of fluid build up to subside.
My results are from about two weeks ago- 6.4 x 4.8
Today- 6.6 x 4.9
I do take testosterone supplements as well 1.5mg daily.
