Hello, guys, bob here.

I have been doing the newbie routine on and off since Sep ‘08 and have seen only a marginal increase to my length. Started out as 7.2” BPEL and am just barely hitting 7.5” after so long. Some days, I don’t even get that far.

So, out of the general worry that forms in the head of any skeptic, I am beginning to wonder if I am just not doing enough to get the gains. I did the newbie routine with a decent amount of consistency, 3 on 1 off with maybe a week or two in between the months to rest up/ be lazy. Now that I am convinced that there is much more to be done, I thought I would alter the routine to fit my new-found passion to get bigger. Here is what I was thinking of doing:

5 min. Rice Sock
5 min. Assorted stretches
5 min. BTC stretch
15 min. Oil Jelq
—1 min. Rest—
15 min. Oil Jelq
5 min. Rice Sock
Kegels: 40 8 second followed by 9 10 second and 1 20 second

I will be doing this 5 days a week in the mornings when I have the house to myself.

Currently I am sitting on a average dick, and just pray that I can see some significant growth, at least lengthwise, by Q3 2009..

Stats: 6.2” NBPEL 5.4” EG (I honestly don’t really know if I have grown at all)

Also, I would like to know if I am maybe doing my jelqs the wrong way? I follow the video posted on this sight pretty accurately, and alternate between an overhand and underhand OK grip while jelqing at a 60-70% erection. I don’t lose much control over my erection as much nowadays, I must admit, and overall, PE has become a pleasant experience. Have I gotten used to the exercise? What can be done to show my dick that he needs to grow up?!

your penis is above average; your gains are in the average :) . Maybe it’s time to add some ‘V’ and ‘A’ stretches to your routine. Anyway, you have enough experience to start experimenting a bit. Let us know how it goes.

Have you thought about trying different exercises? After that long with the newbie routine, maybe it’s time to move on to things like O-bends, pumping, clamping and other things of that nature. Also, are you doing it 5 straight days? Instead of 5 on 2 off, maybe it would be better to do 3 on 1 off 2 on 1 off or something like that. If you don’t give it days off inbetween it can hinder your gains. You also may want to give dry jelqing a shot as many see girth gains with this technique. Oh, you might also want to increase your stretches, most people do significantly more than 5 to 10 minutes especially after the time you’ve been doing P.E. Considered giving hanging a shot?
