Take a piss and then hold back the piss. That’s a kegel. Now do it without peeing. Now do it at least 50 times holding it for 5 seconds each time. You should get better erection quality. The drawback for me and some others is that you ejaculate more quickly when having sex or masturbating the first few weeks-months, but that should go away if you keep up with it.
