I may have jumped the gun, am I too late and too tough now?

I think I may have jumped the gun with stopping the newbie routine and adding manual exercises and jumping to clamping so i am not sure if i can really go back to doing just manual exercises or if my tissues will be toughed up to where it will not have an effect.

As in another thread I was thinking about throwing in stretching and jelqing and maybe some additional girth work while clamped clamping session due to already have had exposed the penis to clamping for three weeks thus far. My goals aren’t too crazy or too far away from where I am at now, so I am ready to do what needs to be done but want to be smarter and cover my bases as I am just now opening my eyes to what has been said over and over on the board is to take baby steps to grow from what mere force you can in the early stages and apply harder forces later on.

All advice or input is appreciated.

I started up PE in August 2015 with the newbie routine, my gains after a little over 2 months were:

ERECT-

Length BPL- i gained a half inch in BPL, but i am not totally sure how much was from the newbie routine because i was doing lots of cardio and strength training 3-4x a week along with a semi cutting diet so i may have saw the extra half inch from just loosing fat pad. However, as I have mentioned in another thread, i lost the half inch gain, which could have been due to stopping the cardio and jumping onto a bulking diet. Currently my fat pad is 1”.

Girth- Evened out of the shaft erect girth from 4.5” base and 4.25” in the upper area to the shaft being 4.5” on the entire shaft except for the glans which started at around 3 3/4” and went to 4”.



Flaccid
Length BPL- not stretched- I was around 3.25 to start and went to 3.75 fully retracted. However, depending on the time , day various other things I hang at a 4” flaccid .

Girth- I went from around 3.25” to 3.75”

After 3 weeks Clamping:

The only thing i have seen in 3 weeks clamping is my head went from 4” erect to 4.5” erect. My penis however feels a lot thicker in my hands but nothing in measurement and its more of a deeper thicker not width.

I am not a believer in a penis becoming too ” tough ” for PE. I think going back to the basics with jelqing, stretching, and lots of heat will bring inspiration to solve any issue.

Forgot to add.

For clamping I was doing 3 to 4 sets ten min each with 5 min rest in between.

Expansion would go from starting 4 1/2” to 4 3/4” to 4 5/8 “

One of the main issuses I jumped to clamping was from jelq I got stretched skin like a rigid vaccum hose on top of shaft like excess skin. I wish I knew how to combat it.

People gets gains from clamping for several months, so a few weeks are unlikely to have toughened the tissues so much.

If your gains were BPL, then adding fat or losing it wouldn’t change the measurement significatively; either you were mistaken or your gains were not cemented.

Not sure what you mean with the problem for the skin.

Basically when I become flaccid I have rings around the shaft like a slinky sort off of when I take a condom off I’m still hard I’ll have like ten rings behind the gland of stretched/loose skin.

So what I would also like to know is do the vets advise to jump back to manuals or to incorporate manual stretch jelq in with clamping at lighter intensity?

I guess what you are seeing are penis ribs; they are normal and if they have become more pronounced it is because your EQ has gone better.

You started complaining about clamping, now you want to go back to clamping?

Ok- you have got the initial stuff out of the way- so you must ask yourself, do you want to make it you passion?

Fantastic gains are available to you by hard work and perseverance, and a belief you will succeed. You don’t need any fancy equipment (although it may help) and it’s purely how well you get to understand your body- it’s ability to regenerate, it’s ability to be manipulated, along with the pain and pleasure. PE is a drug, pure and simple.
It never ceases to amaze me when I have hit a wall, I can knock through it and carry on and on and on.
You have to remember though that the body can only grow so much in so many ways at once- i.e. if you spend a long time working on your main body, your penis won’t get a look in. there’s only so much generation to go round- use it wisely..

well the only thing i said about clamping was that i felt i rushed into it and that ive only gained half inch girth to the head. i didnt mean to come across as complaining about clamping soley being the problem. im just wondering givening what i have gained from newbie and seeing what i have gained from the clamping in 3 weeks what experienced PE people reccommend? thanks for claring up about the penis ribs. i think i may need some more patience with this and stay positive as i have seen some gains whether its flacid or just head girth.

so your saying to focus on one regime(sp) for awhile and stop jerking back and fourth? or work the penis more then your body if its your passion? PE is addictive, ill never put my unit down!

I have switched back to i btc stretching and straight down stretching for ten minutes and doing jelqing like 200 reps a day. I’m going to see how that goes until the end of December and then maybe i will introduce some manual girth exercises.

If anyone had advice or concern that what im proposing to do is not good enough please feel free to let me know. Thanks!

well i decided on doing 4 sets 5 min BTC stretching with one min rest between sets followed by 6 minutes of slow wet jelqs…. Today is the first day i truly felt fatigue as much as i did the very first day i started PE. My base is so sore and the shaft is nice and plump. I feel more safe reverting back to these manual exersices as I can really judge the effect on my penis . I will update at the end of Dec to let people know how I did returning back to stretches and jelqs.

I am stuck with discoloration of my penis. I didn’t start noticing darker shade staying with me until the third week of clamping that I did. I defintley jumped the gun going to clamping.

I tell you, it’s weird looking at my shaft being pinto color while being vascular and pumped after jelq.

What does it take two months for the first white/pinkish color to come back?
