I m new to PE and I need some tips please
First of all I want to say hi.I m new to this forum and to PE.I found lots of useful information here so tank you!
This is my problem:Before two and a half monts I started a routine(it was 2 part rountine that I found in the net, first part is 5 week I do it 6).In this 6 weeks I dint gain anythig except VERY GOOD erection(until then I was tinking that I allredy have :) So I decided that I m rdy for the second part and I start it(4 weeks ago). Before 2 weeks noticed that my dick is larger so I diced to take measurement I have gain 1 centimeter in length and 0.2(3) centimeter in girth also my glans was bigger to .Just to be sure I make second measurement after several days same results there was no change I have gain 1 centimeter in length and 0.2(3) in girth my unit was become larger (by larger I mean that I have “gain”) .Yesterday I start my routine and I noticed that I have no problem to be flacid after each stretch(usually I have 20-30% erection after stretch and I need 1-3 min. To become fully flacid again so I can make next stretch).I decided that my unit has accustomed(if this is the correct word) to the exercise. But when I start jelqing I have some trouble to become erected(usually I need a 5-10 sec to achiev the erection that I need for jelging).Today I start my routine as usual when I perfom stretch I was fully flacid after the stretch as I say this never happen before. I start jelqing and again I have some trouble(more than yesterday) to become at the necessary erection so this wasn’t good and I stop jelqing after 3 jelg. I decided to check something that I suspecting from 2 days. I become at 100% erection and I was able to see that my unit is smaller !! Is this overtraining or what?Please help me.I have morning erections as usual I don’t have any negative Pi(or I just think so).I have lost my “gain’s or I have some EQ problem. Should I give a break and for how long?
Also will be nice to see some second opinion from the vets here about my routine(thanks in advance).
The first part of the routine was:
-Warm up: towel warmed with water(5 min), 4 basic stretch for 10 sec each(forward,to the left , right and up with little force
- Basic stretch for 10 sec each(forward -3x10 sec) same to the left(3x10sec.),right(3x10sec.) and up(3x10sec).This time with more force
- 150 standard jelq’s(in first week)I m counting 1 jelq when you make a movement with one hand as 1 (is this the correct way to count? Or 1 jelq is when you do the movement with your both hands?).
–Warm down: : towel warmed with water(5 min)
During the weeks the only thing which is different is the numbers of jelq’s. In second week you do 250 jelq’s, at third week 350 jelq’s , 4 and 5 week -450 jelq’s.You must do this routine at least 5 weak before starting second part(I followed this routine 6 week’s and I do 450 jelg’s in 4,5 and 6 week).Training regime is 3 days per week 1 on 1 off.
The second part of the routine is:( I m doing this routine )
-Warm up:towel warmed with water(5 min).I chanced this to 10-15 min, 4 basic stretch for 10 sec each(forward,to the left , right and up with little force
-You start to pull (gently !) the skin around your testicles and your penis for 2 min.After this 2 min you make a grip on your penis and testicles(your thumb should be on top and palm from below ) and pull(gently!) forward several times .After this you make a standard ok grip below the glans wit your strong hand(in my case is the right) you make another grip around your testicles with your left hand(the grip must be like a ring)and GENTLY pull your testicles down and the penis up when you fell good stretch hold for 20 sec.Then you do the same to left and right(you pull your penis to the left testicles to the right,penis to the right testicles to the left).Each stretch is for 20 sec. And you must do two repetitions in each direction.
-Make a standard Ok grip below the glans and with your other hand you make another Ok grip at the basis of you penis(this grip must be tight but not so tight to stop the blood flow) then you pull and hold the stretch for 30sec.Yuo stretch forward(3x30 sec.), left(3x30 sec.), right(3x30sec), and up(3x30sec)
-200 standard jelq’s(I change this to 300 because I think that 200 jelq’s aren’t enough).
-Warm down: towel warmed with water(5 min).Again the routine is 3 time per week 1 on 1 off(I change this to 2 on 1 off).
What do you think about the 2 types stretch ?Do I need to do more jelq’s?
