I love this....
Lately I’ve been stretching between the cheeks for 10 minutes at a time, doing a minimum of up to 40 minutes in total a day. I can feel a nice tingle afterwards, kind of like a smoothe burning and I love this.
After a 10 min BTC session I do a 100 downward jelq strokes, so my jelqs are scattered through the day, a minimum of 400 strokes in total. This has been my favourite routine thus far. If i feel the need I just add time/strokes. Taking rest days after every 3days.
Also my ruler indicates I have gone from 6.25 to 6.5 but I need to be more accurate in measuring, but hey 6.5 is what I see so can’t complain.
