Lately I’ve been stretching between the cheeks for 10 minutes at a time, doing a minimum of up to 40 minutes in total a day. I can feel a nice tingle afterwards, kind of like a smoothe burning and I love this.

After a 10 min BTC session I do a 100 downward jelq strokes, so my jelqs are scattered through the day, a minimum of 400 strokes in total. This has been my favourite routine thus far. If i feel the need I just add time/strokes. Taking rest days after every 3days.

Also my ruler indicates I have gone from 6.25 to 6.5 but I need to be more accurate in measuring, but hey 6.5 is what I see so can’t complain.

wow that sounds like some pretty intense sessions but it seems like they’re working well for you. If you like BTC you should try fowfers you’re long enough to pull them off. I have an inch less than you and I can do seated ones, you may even be able to do the laying down variety too. Keep up the good work man.
