If I am running, walking, lifting weights and even doing some body weight exercises, when is the best time to do PE in relation to these things?

I always do PE exercises after physical exercises. The reason? Physical exercises tend to draw blood away from the penis and directs it to the muscles that require it for exercise and that is why your flaccid size suffers after physical activity. So do you PE after physical exercise.


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

This might seem like a stupid question, but right after or could I do it a few hours later?

Either way. If you are fired up to go right after, then go for it, or just take your time. The main thing is exercise first, PE second.

I don’t see it as a stupid question. After an exhausting physical training, it could take longer to have a decent blood flow to the penis. I wouldn’t do PE right after, neither right before exercising…

I usually do it right before or right after and either way I try to do stretches in between my sets ranging from 15-60 secs. Not sure if its optimal but that’s how it fits into my schedule

Max GOAL : EL 18.5cm (7.3") EG 15cm (6") "Although I will quit at first sign of interference with anal or oral"

Surprisingly I find after my workout, my flaccid hang is better (although skinner usually). Strange.

I suspect that even though weight training/heavy exercise would demand more blood flow into other muscles, my body is still “pumped” throughout the session. I believe most exercises are great for blood circulation.
