I have know about jelqing for awhile and I just haven’t gotten in to it. But now I’m in to it again! I have been doing it for about a month and I have started to stretch my penis with a drumstick (from Tom Hubbard’s site). But I am not using weights. I have a resistor cord for my at home gym and I am using that. What I do is I connect the cord up to my bed post and lay down in bed then I slowly move away from my bed post until I feel a good stretch. Is this a good way to do this? And is it safe? The resistor cord is made of elastic and other stretchy materials. Also I was thinking about beginning power jelqing should I start to do this?

My routine
200 3second jelqs every day
Then about 2-3 minutes later I do this stretch once for about ten minutes.

Please help me out in any way possible. Thanks a lot.

Well I just started hanging and I have to say you are a brave soul! There are so many things that can go wrong that can permanently damage your penis! If you are really wanting to hang right, get the Bib starter. You have until April 30 to get one then I believe he is going to stop making them. I’m using the regular bib and its just great. You have very good control on the micro tears that have to take place in order to gain length. Don’t take chances with your penis while doing PE
