I just learned the importance of stretching

I never did it before because I assumed my BathMate would suffice as a warm-up before jelqing. I would use the BM for 10 minutes, then jelq for 10 minutes, and continue this process for an hour. After about two weeks of this with very little results (talking about immediately after I finish), I decided to replace a round of jelqing and pumping with stretching instead, as well as one at the end (first one is immediately after pumping, one halfway through.)

I measured an increase of 1/4” in girth (5” to 5-1/4”), which is what I’m mainly going for - and it seemed to have stayed that way until the morning when I woke up with the hardest erection I’ve had in a very long time. The bastard stayed up through an entire five rounds of measurements to make sure I wasn’t doing something wrong. Possibly just from excitement. This morning, it measured just under 5-1/4”. I’m sure it won’t stay that way, and I will have to keep working it to make the results permanent, but this was a huge deal for me and I just wanted to share in case anyone else also felt that stretching wasn’t as important as it actually is. I’m sure I’m not the only one.

Yes. the girth needs to be stretched. In other words we need to do both girth work and length work more or less and the other way around.Work on both the tunica and smooth muscle!

Ain’t that the truth. I’ve incorporated bundled stretches into my girth only routine over the last three days. There is no other way to say it other than fuck yeah.

Does it matter what order you do the exercises in? I learned this a long time ago when penile fitness was still a thing (cerca 2000). They said after warming up liberally first to stretch, then jelq. I’ve been reading some people do it the other way around. Any insight? Is one better for girth/length than the other?

Stretching is supposed to be part of the warm up.

I never did it because I thought pumping with warm water was the same thing. The results contradict that idea.
