I just got my clamps

I went to Home Depot and there they were.

I can’t wait.
So my routine from now on will be

10 stretches to the right 30 seconds each in the shower, 3 days on 1 off

Then 50 kegels 7 on, 0 off

Then I’ll start with 3 sessions of 10 minute basic clamping and that will be 1 on 1 off to start, maybe more.
Later I might go ahead and add another clamp and possibly do it 2on 1 off. Or more,

So I’ll stimulate myself, then wrap and clamp, wait ten minutes and remove it; 5 minutes in between sessions

So I have two questions:
Do I need to do hot wraps before and after the clamping
What is the point of the kegels?

Sorry to hijack this thread. But, what section did you find the clamps? I’ve searched the boards and looked in all the sections at Home Depot mentioned in the threads and have never seen them. I asked an employee there, only to get a befuddled look. Same at ACE hardware.

In Wal Mart they are in the hardware section with the extension cords.

Just remember, don’t put the clamp on too tight.

They should be in between the plumping section and the area where you get chains/ropes.

I found the clamps in “hardware”
The thing about home depot is you have to ask a person who works in the right area.
You can ask “I need cable cuffs or cable clamps.. They’re like handcuffs that go around all your cords to keep them together” but someone in plumbing or gardening isn’t going to know anything about that. They’re cheap too, I got two for for $3.

Thanks guys. At ACE I tried my best to describe what I was talking about without saying “something to clamp around my dick”. Even gave him the name of the product listed on their site. I’ll try Home Depot again.
