I just got my clamps
I went to Home Depot and there they were.
I can’t wait.
So my routine from now on will be
10 stretches to the right 30 seconds each in the shower, 3 days on 1 off
Then 50 kegels 7 on, 0 off
Then I’ll start with 3 sessions of 10 minute basic clamping and that will be 1 on 1 off to start, maybe more.
Later I might go ahead and add another clamp and possibly do it 2on 1 off. Or more,
So I’ll stimulate myself, then wrap and clamp, wait ten minutes and remove it; 5 minutes in between sessions
So I have two questions:
Do I need to do hot wraps before and after the clamping
What is the point of the kegels?
All I want for Christmas is a little EG,
and to correct curvature, which is going well.
