I just did wet jelq for 10 minutes - need info pls

My penis is very small only about 5.5 x 5.

Other then wet jelq what other workouts should I be doing with my penis and for how long?

Also is wet jelq or dry jelq better?

That’s not that small. It’s actually about as average as you can get.

I would say take on the “Newbie Routine” and then after a few months start adding onto it.

Your penis is not small, it is within the average range.

You should follow the Newbie Routine for at least the first 2-3 months (or longer if it continues to produce gains).

Regarding the wet/dry jelq question - choose whichever works better for you.

Yeah, it’s not small dude. Mine is even smaller but I got no problem doing the newbie exercises. Stick with it until no further gains can be achieved. Wet jelq or dry jelq? Hmm.. not sure because I haven’t tried dry. I only do wet and it’s very effective on mine. Both will do good but Dry jelqs are often intended for uncut guys.

So I need to do the below:

The Newbie Routine

1. 5 minutes hot wrap
2. 5 minutes manual stretch (ten 30-second stretches)
3. 10 minutes of jelq (two hundred 3-second strokes)
4. 5 minutes hot wrap
5. 50 kegels of five second holds each

Schedule:2 days ON / 1 day REST.

And is it saying 2 days on 1 day rest for the whole week or something like this:

Monday- on
Tuesday- on
Wednesday - off
Thursday - on
Friday - on
Saturday off
Sunday - on

Yep that’s spot on. Go with that and just monitor your PI’s along the way, after a few weeks you can up the anti in terms of durations of jelq’s and stretches.

Patience is the key :)

The on on off thing isn’t set in stone. But it’s not referring to a 7 day week. It’s just saying do two days of PE then rest for a day. Then do two more days of PE and then rest for a day (and so on).

Also I wanted to ask what is “monitor your PI’s” There are many words that I do not understand. For example BPEL, NBPEL, EG etc..

Also on the wet jelq should I be putting a good amount of pressure when do the ok squeeze at the bottom and go up to the top?

BPEL Bone pressed erect length
NBPEL non bone pressed erect length
EG erect girth

In general you should use light to moderate intensity. Pressure of the OK grip should be sufficient to trap blood so that it moves up the shaft along with the grip.

And that’s where PI comes in. Negative PI’s are telling you that you’re using to much pressure. If you are not gaining you’re not aplying enough pressure.
PI’s are very important, I know. Check them again and again. Be safe!

By the way, 10 minutes is a long time when starting PE. Are you starting with the newbie routine? Depending on the routine, 10 to 50 jelqs for 3 to 5 seconds each is 4 minutes max. Don’t overdo it, read read read read and learn. Have patience, taking time is of the atmost importance! Condition your unit and start builiding up your routine.

Besides, your not small as you might have already read. We all want a bigger one but that doesn’t mean we are small by defenition.

Yes, it will take about 30 - 45 minutes. You might even consider only doing 100 jelqs. I found that 200 was overkill starting off so I downed it to 100. Remember, less is more. The less you have to do to get gains, the easier it will be later on. If you start out doing too much, you’ll condition your dick to that standard. You don’t want to have to end up doing 4 hours of PE a day just to make a gain!! :)
