I have to admit I am amazed

I started lurking off and on here a few years ago. I’ve never had any problem with women (except for the usual relationship problems), but I have to admit I’ve always thought I could use a bigger dick. Finally last May I decided I’d give it a run, even though I’m in my 60s now and don’t really have to impress anybody, being married for almost 30 years. (We still have sex at least twice a week, and we both masturbate, she more than I.)

I didn’t know how to measure properly, but I did measure from the pubic bone. Here are my before and up-to-now measurements:

May 1, 2011:

Flaccid - 3.25” length, 4.625” stretched, circumference 3.625”
Erect - 5.5” length, circ bottom 5”, circ middle 4”, circ top 3.5”

Flaccid - 5” length, 6” stretched, circumference 3.75”
Erect - 6.25” length, circ bottom 5.25”, circ middle 4.5”, circ top 4.25”

What is even more amazing is that when I first measured I used every trick I could think of to make the measurements larger. Today I just straight-up measured them with no fudging at all.

I started out doing the newbie routine four times a week: on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays in the morning after my wife left for work and before I went to work. I made a Capn’s Wench, but I only used it twice because I didn’t like the feeling and I was afraid I would injure myself. I read this thread on the main member’s forum: I have reached my goals and followed it by doing piss pulls and clamping a little after jelqing, although I only do one set and only leave it on for 8-10 minutes tops, because as I wrote earlier, I don’t want to court injury. I use a 1” pinball rubber (like these: http://www.flippers.be/forsale_pinball_rubber.html) to clamp, and then use a blue CableClamp on top of that. I tried using cock rings I bought from Amazon, but they aren’t as strong as a pinball rubber. I also warm up thoroughly using a microwave corn sack before and after for at least 5 minutes. I’ve had to skip days, but I feel like the rest is just as important than the exercise, and I certainly don’t fret over it.

My main goal now is to tell my wife and get her involved the way tntjockey has done because I think getting over that psychological hurdle will lead to more and quicker gains. I’d like to get some more girth and maybe another inch in length. To tell the truth, I didn’t think it would work very well and if it did at all I thought it would be months down the road before I saw much progress.

Most impressive gain for a 60 something considering the gain and hardness at this point testosterone would be much less than a 25 year old guy (makes me wonder why everyone age is not featured on their profile by default) youth have many more factors at play including depression. Congratulations not only for the gain but your erections are just too god to be true. Do you take any tablets or injections?Tell us what your diet including exercises and other normal practices it is very interesting to know from and individual older than me and for others that have given up at your age.

I’m almost 62, and I don’t come every time I have sex. I’m not keto, but I eat an extremely low carb diet—lots of red meat, 2 dozen eggs a week, lots of fresh vegetables. I work out with weights three times a week doing powerlifts: squat, bench press, bent-over rows, overhead press, deadlift, and a couple of times a week I’ll get on the treadmill at a 15 degree slant, do kettlebell swings, and work the light and heavy bags. I’ve tried all the dick pills—Viagra, Cialis, Levitra—but I don’t like how I get reflux from using them. Nevertheless, sometimes I’ll take a half of one an hour or two before sex. More likely than not, I don’t come when I use them, because they seem to adversely affect my sensitivity. I’ve also studied ESO and read lots of sex books—I look at PE as just another facet of that.

Lately I’ve been experimenting with steroids. I went to my urologist and he’s prescribing 200mg of testosterone cypionate every two weeks. I’ve only been doing that for a couple of weeks now, and he said to try it out for 90 days to see how I like it, even though my T levels are normal at 436 ng/dl. The main difference I’ve noticed is that I want to fuck every day now instead of every other day, and I also feel better overall than I have for a while. I don’t know that I’ll continue after the three months is up, because the one guaranteed side effect is that my balls will quit producing T and will shrink to the size of peanuts. More likely I’ll stop and save it for a few years down the road when I really need it, but for right now it’s interesting.

Needless to say I don’t smoke and I also don’t drink.

Oh I see! Thank you for your ample answer. I am taking part of a group of injured people participating on a gym in my neighbourhood as I was affected by a mysterious condition/illness for nearly three years and still undiagnosed, hopefully now it has subsided quite a lot but still remains as underlying cause of my problems even my testosterone levels are on the lowish side. PE has rekindled a desire for sex which is welcoming news.
Going out with girls much younger than myself I still manage pretty good.

Hardman, I liked reading your thread. I think most guys here are in there 20’s (not positive about that) and I am in my late 30’s now and screaming headlong (no pun) into my 40’s and it is refreshing to know there is an assortment of ages among us here that see the benefit and reality of PE.

Just imagine if we would have known this in our early 20’s!!
