I have some questions for PE

I am work at nite, after work come home already 1am at I am work at nite, after work come home already 1am at nite ,daytime are rest. The PE training was often after work of free time to do which time Will effect for penis gain growth ?or daytime training best?but training often at daytime?and I hear some point said the training need to interval 24 hour to him rest time?so what about do you think ?it was bad or Nice?hope you could list you advised and ideas.thanks

Personally, I think training not too long after waking up is best. From what I have read, your T levels are highest at this point. I know that after work (especially this time of year) I am not motivated as much from being tired.

Gotta thanks ,,,,,,,but I don’t know what mean of T levels?for your talk tired .I worry about it not working for PE if less time training

T levels refers to testosterone levels.

So how do you know the T levels are highest ?

Medical research pretty well indicates that testosterone levels are highest in the morning/pre-dawn hours. Typical for all men.

Current: (6/24/14): 7 3/4 bpel (7 nbp) x 5 5/8 mseg. BEG 6 1/4. BPFSL 8 1/8.

Goals: First: 7 1/2 bpel x 5 1/2 mseg ACHIEVED! Current Goal: 7 nbp x 5 3/4 mseg (almost there!)

I just worry it not gains because PE short time .

Because my Friend PE training 70 days with equipment stretching and jelq gain 3.5cm length and 2.5cm girth he told me .but why I training half much years got gaint so less .at that time I think should increased PE time

Sometime I think of my gain feel upset why so that? Is my body limited or my penis wrong?

I certainly find it easier (and more convenient) to do my 30/40 minute dry Jelq/kegel routine first thing in the morning, but then I prefer to have a higher erection level, especially for slow squash jelqs, jelq squeezes etc. The ‘natural morning friskiness’ means I can keep the desired erection levels without requiring any ‘external stimulus’. I then do a 30 minute manual stretch routine when I can find the time during the day.

Of course, gains are what matters and I am yet to do my first measurement, but so far, the PIs are encouraging.

What I have notice is if I’m are tired, not sleeping well or long enough I get less effective sessions.

Kou6579, what PE are you doing now? How much jelq time per day, how much stretching? How many days per week?
