Whether they believe it is possible or not, they will never endorse it simply because of liability concerns. Our form of self-directed physical therapy has too much potential for injury in so many forms that a medical consultant has no way of monitoring or preventing. Not to mention that it is just too darn difficult to achieve acceptable success. It is not worth their time or the risk of their professional legitimacy to endorse such activities. It is just one of those things that is better kept underground.
Thanks for your reply mate, I appreciate it! I have decided to take a risk on this and soon begin a routine and seriously go for it. I have no clue whether it will work or not but if it does then the reward will be worth it! Do you know if the maintenance routine you do in order to solitify your gains have to be used permanently or just temporary?
