I have rings on my penis??

Greetings,
I have noticed lately that I have these rings around my penis which are more noticeable when flaccid that go up/down horizontally on my shaft. If I stretch my penis the rings go away. They almost look like they are underneath the skin. Anyone knows what this is? BTW my routine is the newbie routine. It appears I am making good gains, but I will update at the end of the month with where I am at.

If they appear to be rings of raised flesh, not discolored or inflammed and with the appearance of small inner tubes here and there encircling the shaft, they are normal. Somewhere hereabouts is a thread on this but I haven’t time to look it up for you.
