I have quite a few questions regarding PE

Alright so instead of making a bunch of separate threads I decided that it’d be best to just ask a shit ton of questions at once to get them all out of the way.

1. Where are the penis glans located? And how do you correctly jelq? Keep in mind that I am uncut, I am asking because there was a previous thread where someone asked if people jelq’d starting from the base or starting from behind the glans and everyone said behind the glans.

2. How long should I do the newbie routine before I can start hanging or golf weights?

3. Do ADS and/or Cock Rings help with EL or EG?

4. What is the best way to cement gains, and how long after should I do it after the newbie routine?

1. The penis glans is..well the penis glans. The top of your penis. About how to jelq, see the videos, it is the best option.

2. It is recommended that you stay on the newbie routine for at least 3 months, and anyway as long as it gives gains. This could means that you’ll never need to start hanging.

3. ADS sure can give EL gains. Cock rings help having a bigger EG while you wear them, it is hard to get permanent gains from them - youll need to use them for long time.

4. Cementing gains is mostly a problem with hanging. Anyway if you keep doing your workouts for say one month after you had the gains, that should be enough to make them stable.

The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

Also as he says, if Newbie is still working, don’t “fix” it. Some guys never use devices, just their hands

Cementing gains. My theory is edging helps cement gains. Edge for at least a half hour, basically get your dick as hard as you can get it and keep it that way.

I wouldn’t add any devices until you are no longer growing with the newbie routine. The newbie routine is quite effective. Getting an ADS now is like saying, “I’m learning how to crawl but I’m going to run tomorrow”. Give your penis time to get conditioned.

I think that you probably misread it. If not please post a link because that is wrong. Jelqing starts at the base and goes to just behind the glans (head) of the penis.

I think you might be confusing jelqing with strectching. (They’re the two main components of the newbie routine.) I do recall a recent discussion here about whether STRETCHING should be performed while gripping from the head or from the base…
