@scarsick - i dont use a vacuum ads, i dont really wanna put a vacuum anywhere near my cock, but that is just me. I use that very generic ads that is white, with metal rods, and uses straps. I know this isn’t optimal, but at this point it is working so that is good enough for me. I have also been doing these night stretches where I basically fall asleep with my cock in my hands at a stretched position. I know many people do night fowfers, but this manual hand grip through my sheets really seems to be helping. The thing is when I go to bed, for some reason my cock actually feels like it needs to be stretched… anyone else get this? A feeling of when you cock isn’t being stretched that it kinda wants to?

May I ask how long your routines are in your sessions AM and PM?

I suppose it makes natural sense that stretching the penis with an extender for such a long period of time will increase it’s length over time.
However, upon purchase of one, I found I was too small to fit it I have to resort to manual stretches and Jelqs for the time being.

Both sessions are about 30 minutes each.

The morning one is usually pretty light, with the night one being intense. I also find 2 sessions far superior to 1 because if you do you a good light morning one, you will feel VERY eager/primed for a night sesh. I’ve noticed days where I only do a night session are far less effective (or at least they feel that way) compared to days where I do both.

Manual stretches and jelqing are really powerful, so you should be good for the time being!
