I have low libido and sex drive

Hi everyone, since last month I have low libido and sex drive and my erections are getting to about 90 percent, this is when I masturbate. I do not have a girlfriend and I had sex a long time ago. Is it normal to have periods low sexual desire??, I have to mention I had a bit of depression since last month, does this have effect on sexual desire? What can I do to increase my sex drive??

Yes, it is normal to fluctuate in sexual desire. Stress, anxiety, poor diet, low testosterone(especially over 40), high blood pressure, certain medications, etc The list of things that can affect libido, erections and performance are great indeed.

I would take care of the emotional issue, take a break from the masturbation and see where that leads you. I’m guessing if your libido change has just recently set in, it probably coincided with the depression.

Depression slows it all down.

If you are not physically active, becoming physically active can help. Get in the gym or start walking every day for at least 30 minutes. Get sunlight on you. In two to three weeks you will be less depressed or less easily to get depressed.

At night take a supplement called ZMA. You can get it anywhere for cheap. I take that and l-arginine before I go to sleep and I’ve gotten so much firmer.
