I have Gains. in disbelief that they are real

I don’t know what to say. I am not posting this to brag, really I am not. More so just in shock that the gains are real. I keep re-measuring cause I do not believe it. On top of that I know for sure that I have measured the same and am doing it a non-biased way. I am measuring girth exactly the same and length is bone pressed along the side just like 2 months ago. I know they are newbie gains, but still.. Geez.

I have gained .5 inches in BPEL and .3 inches in MEG. That’s going from 6.5 BPEL x 4.7 MEG to 7 BPEL x 5 MEG. All measurements done before doing a PE session, not after. I know lots of others have had better gains, and to them, grats! Keep it up everyone out there!

It doesn’t really look all that different to me at all. That’s whats also so weird. Anyone else notice that before? Getting decent gains but not visually seeing a big difference?

Hey man, yeah sounds like newbie gains to me grats :) . It is sometimes hard to see gains from the angle we see our penis (from above).

And yes, your penis always will look about the same to you, despite gains. But your ruler isn’t shortening, is it?

I normally don’t notice the gains because they come gradually (I mean visually, not by measuring). I wouldn’t worry about that. BUT you can certainly feel the difference when having sex, I’m sure.

Congrats on the gains. You sound like me when I first started my PE journey, I couldn’t believe it either (especially after initially thinking there was no way something like this could work).

I never really considered myself to have a B.D. Thanks for the encouraging words though!

I sure hope it’s not shortening. It would be the first time to ever hear of something like that happening. I actually use a 250 page hardcover book along the side. When this happens, my penis kind of fits into the groove between the front and back covers and is held against the 250 pages, if that makes sense. I then mark the back cover for measurement and then measure that marking with a ruler.

As far as my penis always looking the same? I can totally see that now. I just see it so often. It is just like losing weight. People can tell you that you have lost weight, but to you and your mirror, you can’t tell a difference.

Moral of the story.. The scale and ruler don’t lie!

I honestly do not stick to any hardcore regimen. I more so view my workouts from an angle of consistency and flexibility. I workout about 5 days a week, sometimes 6, depending on the work load. Given that, here is what a usual workout looks like:

5 minute warm up (use detachable shower head with hot water directly on penis)
No stretching
100 Dry Jelqs (All about technique)
100 Wet Jelqs (All about technique)

10 minute clamp session while doing the following:
20x 10 second glans squeeze/hold (Kegel blood in between rep)
10x Threat Holds (I really enjoy these)

The reason I do not stretch anymore is because I am a severe grow-er and have found that stretching makes me turtle up more after a workout where I have stretched.
