I honestly do not stick to any hardcore regimen. I more so view my workouts from an angle of consistency and flexibility. I workout about 5 days a week, sometimes 6, depending on the work load. Given that, here is what a usual workout looks like:
5 minute warm up (use detachable shower head with hot water directly on penis)
100 Dry Jelqs (All about technique)
100 Wet Jelqs (All about technique)
10 minute clamp session while doing the following:
20x 10 second glans squeeze/hold (Kegel blood in between rep)
10x Threat Holds (I really enjoy these)
The reason I do not stretch anymore is because I am a severe grow-er and have found that stretching makes me turtle up more after a workout where I have stretched.
Be careful with clamping. Only 2 months of PE might not be enough time for sufficient conditioning of your unit.
You should also keep in mind that dry jelqing is likely to produce a turkey neck. It did in my case, anyway.
