Hi, I am new here and started stretching & jelqing (newbie routine) for about three days ago. And I’m already a little worried.
I feel that my sensitivity is far less then usual. When I Ejaculate I don’t do it as strong anymore and the orgasm is not as pleasurable as it used to be. And when I’m erected it goes away pretty fast and its not that hard as it used to be. Its harder to ejaculate and get it erected and keep it erected. What should I do? Should I be worried?

When I stretch. It looks like a rubber that you stretch witch get thinner and thinner the more you stretch it. I Don’t Stretch that hard really. But it gets really thin so it becomes hard to keep holding it. And its no way I get hard from this. My dick gets really numb.
And then when I jelq its very hard for me to keep it a little erected. It wants to be numb. So I do a few jelqs and get a little blood flowing, and start again.

After a session its like tired and numb. I’ve been masturbating after every session for like 10-15 min later. But that is no issue I guess?

It sounds like you are doing everything with too much force. Numb definitely means you are going overboard. Rest for a day or 3 and when you start again, moderation is the key.

What is causing the numbness? You seem to focus on the stretching. It could be how you grasp your dick for pulling the stretch. A lot of guys have trouble hanging on to it as it wants to slip away. When you try it again maybe you want to use a rubber glove or a piece of cloth to help hold your dick from slipping and having to grasp it too tightly. You should toughen up after a while and the sensitivity become better. Remember that if it hurts you are doing something wrong! Good luck.
