I’m trying to depict my scenario with the best level of english I possibly can so forgive me if I’m grammatically incorrect.

I just took an hour’s nap, doing a bed fowfer.

What I did was lie horizontally on my right side, reach my left hand(I’m left handed) out to my back, lift my left leg and then grab my penis and stretch it towards my bollocks (like as if I were to do a btc only to stop at the back of my upper thighs). Then I enclosed both legs with my penis wedged inbetween them.

At this point I have’nt completely released my hand but I slowly loosen my grip. This is because I’ve noticed, whenever retracting my foreskin while doing bed fowfers(I’m uncut) my penis retracts back to my crotch(to its usual position), due to the prepuce enclosing the penis within itself thus shifting the penis back.

Hence I do it without retracting my foreskin. Before I get my left leg to hold my penis between the legs I use my right hand and stretch at the base giving it an even greater stretch. When I close my legs I feel greater tension on my ligs.

Ultimately I’m doing simillarly to the usual bed fowfers.

Now after waking up, my penis is in a complete turtled states instead of what I would have expected, a more usual flaccid hang.

I need help please. The penis is stretched doing bed fowfers but upon awaking and getting it out of the fowfer position it shrinks after awhile. I thought of doing bed fowfers as a means of ads. Is it alright that although my penis has been stretched during my sleep but shrinked afterwards? I mean ultimately I get 7-8hrs of stretching which should help flaccid gains. Is the shrink something to worry about? Its been half an hour since I woke up and even as I’m typing my phallus is like that.

Please help me guys, I’m feeling so upset :(

If it’s the first time you have tried it, your penis won’t be used to being under stretch for an hour, which would explain the turtling. If you have tried it a few times and are still getting turtling, you may be using too much tension.

Keep experimenting with fowfers. It took me a while to get it just right.

Relax that is a normal occurring sign that you did fowfers correctly. What you do is shake it out and then do a few stretches. You will hang better most of the day.

I agree with this. I don’t think any form of PE should be used when asleep. Too risky, plus your penis needs some rest, and to be allowed to react naturally to it’s impulses.

Because I don’t use any form of ADS, I just use Fowfers if I am sat at the computer after a PE session, or if I’m reading in bed.

Hmm.. I get you Thunders, reason why I choose to just give them a try is because of the gains guys have been reporting. So I thought heck why not give it a shot.

Thanks for the responses firegoat and kingpole, another question is it better to stretch to the full nbpfsl or just a little tug stretch will do?

I stretch out fully, but it’s not a ‘hard’ stretch. The penis tends to pull back just a tiny bit to where it is at a comfortable level of stretch.
