I have a few newbie questions

I have looked on here and these are the questions I have and not found them answered.

I see all the people using acronyms for sizes what do they mean?

I just started jelqing yesterday I was wondering if any of the people that are married have ever though of having the wife help with the jelqing? Reason I ask is cause my penis is only 2.5 soft and 4.25 erect so it is very hard for me to get a grip on it myself but my wife seems to have no problem.

Also I was wondering what is considered better to do after jelqing. Let your penis rest and not have sex or go ahead and have sex. Reason I ask is cause after having my wife help me with the jelqing I get very horny and am ready to go for it. I was wondering if having sex will have a negative affect on gains.
