Alright i have invented a new routine where i jacked up the stresses on my tunica 10 fold. I use cable clamps and bandage wraps at the head and use my stomach to do fowfers i then pull left right and down after i do that i rest for 2 minutes. I then twist my penis 5 times and pull. all this took me from a 9 nich BPSFL to a 10 inch BPSFL. the bad news is that my EQ is in the toilet. i have done this routine for about 3 weeks now. I don’t see any reason to stop should i take a week decon or push on to 11 inches BPSFL?

Why stop at 11? Might as well go for 12.

What do you think is the real key to your routine? It appears to be the creative and intriguing left right downward pull. That alone should help me break my current plateau. You are a true innovator.

What is key to the routine is the twisting your penis until in bunches up and then pulling. Your tunica is real tough and can stand massive forces. The twisting imparts tremendous torsional forces on the tunica and not the ligaments my routine is to twist your penis until it bunches up the then reverse rest and repeat.

This is not bullshit. I found the solution for plateauing gains. If you want to break on through and really pack on the inches you need to create forces that are much higher and in different directions than you can get with hanging.

Can you put pictures of how is done?

Of course it is extreme but how else are you supposed to gain. Stretching simply does not put enough stress on the tunica. I see about .2mm BPS FL every time I wring my dick out good and hard. Just imagine doing this year round. May have to start wearing my penis as a belt.
