i hate rest days

They feel like a waste of a day and when I take them I feel so insecure:( :( !!!

I hate Thursdays, it is a waste of time and makes the week uneven.

Then don’t take any. Some people don’t require them. Try it out and see what happens, just watch your P.I.s

Eh, I’d go with Tuesday personally. Thursday is a sign that the weekend is very close.

I take 2 days off for rest and I like to do Kegels exercises on these days :)

I think this is all bullshit. You need rest days. Do you realize how much trauma you are putting on your unit and mind you, it is not a muscle, but ligs. The unit needs a chance to heel and mend a bit. If you don’t rest, you will platue and try getting out of that rut, it will take you a long time. I have a long time thread going on that I just updated and you can read what worked for me and it is all about rest days. May not happen for you, but it makes a lot of sense. Read this I have reached my goals.

1pz7djp, keep doing what you are doing, just mix up your rest day so that your unit does not get used to a schedule.
