I hate my life

Just stick with it! We are of a similar size and I too have a great girlfriend. I always had the same feeling of insecurity about myself, but just believe her when she tells you that she is satisfied she really means it. Do the PE for yourself and no one else. Once you accept that you are doing PE for yourself it gets easier, at least it did for me. Just get into a good routine and stay consistent!

Marinara is correct, depression is a serious problem that needs to be addressed separately from PE.

Realize that your girl loves you and doesn’t care about your dick, other than it works when she needs it to. The size fixation you focus on is your problem that you need to fix on your own and not burden your girl with, otherwise she will begin to see it as a problem that could get between you.

Your penis is 5.5X4.5 whether you accept it or not. You need to understand that you are equating being a fraction of an inch less than the statistical average with being small. :rolleyes: But with PE you can easily add a bit to that, so your current size doesn’t matter all that much anyway.

Hell, I’m 6.7 inches, do you think my dick size has been able to somehow make me more confident in approaching women? Absolutely not. I’m 22 and have been single all my life…

Pe works. This sounds like a confidence issue more than a size issue. Remember kiddies pe is not a race. It takes patience dedication and consistency.

One thing for sure is to not listen to the people who say STOP feeling blah blah blah, as you are actually dealing with a very real issue for you and having people ask you to blank out the facts of that reality your indeed dealing with is not only un-compassionate and really annoying to be honest. It is indeed Impossible for you to actually do that and will just lead to further feelings of depression and hopelessness, unless maybe you take drugs or get drunk enough to forget your problems. The real answer is right where you are right now, YOU must be absolutely dedicated to the hard work ahead of you, you can’t fake that either.

You must pay very close attention to your PI’s ignore this and you will go backwards, your erections must be getting harder and stronger or your off track.

I had exactly the same size as you when I started so I know precisely what your going through, I was an extremely hard gainer. But rice sock warm up is definitely a key you can’t skip out on, didn’t
gain until I was consistent about that. Plan on your first year just learning everything you can and conditioning your penis for heavier work, I personally didn’t have any significant gains until I started hanging. So focus on Solving your problem for real.. not blanking out. Everything you need to know is right on this board!! Lots of people are here to help you as well. Stick with the Newbie routine and keep on learning, be flexible in your approach, but try something for at least a few months solid so you know if it is really working or not, measuring bone pressed is key, temporary swelling can get you excited but it isn’t real gains!! Also that can lead to overdoing it if that excitement translates into more action and over-training.. again watch the PI’s. Yes PE is very real and you will gain, but you must be stubborn and NEVER give up if you want to get there! Its taken me a very long time to find what works for me, but once you find your grove, there is no stopping the gains you will see! Working out at the Gym, taking vitamins, and protien powder can give your body the raw materials it needs to rebuild the damage you are doing to induce growth.

Avoid the vacuum hangers at heavy weights as they can cause discoloration to the end of your dick, great for ADS after hanging, but get a redi stretcher, then a bib hanger for hanging, worth the money invested. The homemade versions are just plain painful by comparison after having tried pretty much everything on here. So focus on Solving your problems for real.. not blanking them out. Everything you need to know is right here on this board!!

Awesome tips, I didn’t know the heat (rice sock) was such an important aspect. Sounds like you know your stuff.
