I had The Surgery, but.........
I had the surgery done in California that cuts the top suspensory. After the initial recovery of 3-4 weeks my doc gave me a kit to start hanging with that would insure more length gains. The kit is called The Grip. I’ve used it for a week now in comparison to the bib that I have, and I gotta say it’s more comfortable and easier for me to use ( I’m not bagging the bib ). I would like to post the pics of this device and see if anybody else has had some good results with it, but don’t know where or how. I know I can really feel the ligs pull and get sore.
I never really got into the hanging portion for the last 2 years until now because of up and down family situations and house projects that left me to be just too tired to hang.
Here is my routine, please let me know your thoughts:
My EBPL is 6.25
EG is 5.1
Warm up with hot towel
Hanging 10 lbs for 20 minutes
10 minute break
Hanging 12.5 lbs for 20 minutes
10 minute break
200 Slow Jelqs
DURING THE DAY:
After my jelq session I take a shower and get started with my day. For 3 to 4 hours after I shower I use a device attatched to either leg the keeps the penis stretched with about 4 lbs of tension. After 3- 4 hours I take it off and don’t do anything further.
Hangin 12.5 lbs for 20 minutes
Go to bed.
This is the routine 5 days a week.
I had read Carl’s thread where he got most of his gains from Jelqing and manual stretches and was impressed. With this type of regimen, what can I expect? Am I doing too much or not enough???
