I had surgery will this affect me

When I was a wee lil boy, I was born with a birth defect and I do have scars on my penis and I was wondering if anyone would know if PE would be bad for me, like maybe a possible rip on the scars? I would appreciate your input thanks!

It would be helpful if we had a better description. I had an internal scar on the underside which was red and probably was responsible for curvature. After a year though this has been eliminated, I still have red discolouration but jelqing against the direction does improve and heals the scar. However, don’t take my advice as your condition could be very different.
