Hi guys.
After doing bad PE from a paid site, I rested myself for 3 weeks and start the new be routine since January.

You guess by seeing my stats that what I want more is girth so I ve done a little stretches just in order to assouplish my unit but not hard.

The first and half month I was doing new be rout. With 30/50% erect after 50/70% and now (4 months later) I am at 70/85% jelq with Obend and a little of horse not to Strong.

I have rock hard (and especially just under my gland ) EQ 9/10 but still no girth gains only 1/10e inch may be and my unit become a little twisted and gland is bending a little.

May be you have advice for me but I guess that in order to have girth gains I should do more stretches and length exercises because my erect length is longer than my stretch length.

Do you believe so.?

Why do you believe so? Have you had any gains by the newbie routine in length?

Yes just 1/4 of inch at least.

I believe that because of my stretched length which is shorter than erect length. So mi tunica need to be stretched more in order to increase it’s growing capacity ?? Isn’t it

If your tunica is stretched more, it will be more difficult to full it, so from a theoric point of view girth gains will be more difficult to achieve.

I’d say : reduce a bit manual stretch (but don’t cut completely) and, instead than wet jelqs do dry-jelqs, more effective for girth.

That’ s what I have been doing during 4 months just a little stretch 2 min at beginning and I think that is my mistake!

It can’t be that your mistake; doing more stretches would be a mistake. The longer your tunica, the harder to fill it, so the harder to augment girth. It’s just elementary geometry.

That s what I do since beginning. Because I am not circumcised so it is easier for foreskin to do dry jelq

Im like you, all length gains (7+NBP), zero girth :) But Im not sweating about it, I will get it soon.

Your penis is filled with blood in all girth-oriented exercises. With the same amount of blood, the shorter the penis, the higher the circumference expansion. Well, I hope it’s clear, but I think you already got what I meant. :)

Now, are you asking if, in the real world, having a longer penis makes girth gains harder? I don’t know; it could be; it could also make no difference; finally, the thing that makes less sense to me, is that a shorter penis makes (all other thing being equal) girth gains harder - even from a geometric point of view.

It’s somewhat a reverse hypothesis of the old question: ‘if I have a girthier penis, my length gains we’ll be harder’? We don’t know for sure. But I definitely tend to believe that a slimmer penis can’t make length gains harder.

Well, 7 months of consistent PE work without girth gains…I don’t see any other alternative that giving clamping a try. Being very cautious, of course.
