Hey Paul, do you stretch every day or do you do like 2 on 1 off?

I stretch 5 days on and 2 days off, and it can be any 2 days too.

Current - NBPEL 6.9" x EG Base 6.2"

BPEL 7.4"

Goal - NBPEL 8.5" x EG 6.5"

Wow that’s crazy! I think I’ll give your routine a shot and do it 2on 1 off if my current one doesn’t work too well in the next few weeks. You’re so lucky you gain so fast. :]

Also, how do you do the two way stretch?

And for this stretch…
‘Grip mid shaft and under the head and pull from under the head in 4 directions - 30 secs each direction’

I’m guessing the base to midshaft of the penis is horizontal while you pull the head and stretch below the horizontal 1/2 of the penis?

Starting Stats (2006): BPEL: 5.2" EG: 4.6" GOAL: 6"+/5"+

As of 7/20/08: BPEL: 5.7" EG: 4.3" Not sure what happened to my EG. Measured differently perhaps?

Two way stretch is just gripping under the head and near the base, then pulling from the head strait out while pulling the base hand in the opposite direction inwards to your body.

The other stretch is the same as that just pulling the head hand in other directions like down, up, left, right.

I find that it’s a very powerful Tunica stretch.

Paul, impressive gains. I understand from your posts that you have been PEing for more than three months, and that you now only stretch (and not jelq). Some of the stretches in your new routine appear advanced and possibly beyond what a newbie like me should attempt until I am conditioned. Could you advise what your initial conditioning routine was, please?

Stretch - strait down - 30 secs
Down and to the left - 30 secs
Down and to the right - 30 secs

Stretch - strait out - 30 secs
Out and to the left - 30 secs
Out and to the right - 30 secs

Stretch - strait up - 30 secs
Up and to the left - 30 secs
Up and to the right - 30 secs

BTC left - 30 secs
BTC center - 30 secs
BTC right - 30 secs

I think thats about all the stretches that you should start off with if you are just looking to gain length, after about 3 months you should be good to go for a more advance routine like mine, but remember to take it easy and don’t over do it cause a broken penis is no good to anyone.

Paul, welcome. I am in no way calling you out on a lie, but that seems like a very unlikely gain in three days. Possible? I don’t know. I just ask to make sure you are measuring consistently and take an average because it can fluctuate depending on erection strength. You also want to make sure you have the correct gains for yourself.

I miss this place.

I’ve been at it for 3 1/2 months so far(feels helluva lot longer though,) and have been gaining consistently. Going through my log I noticed: I measured at 7 & 10/16ths on 11/8/06. I had been plateaud for about a month, and started doing a modified version of Mem’s Rapid Gain Routine on that day.

Up to that point only been doing Jelqs and moderate(5 min or so of stretching.) I measured post workout yesterday at 8” BP. Now I’m sure my “normal” erection not there yet, but still a great jump for me. I think there is something to longer holds(ala Mem and Bird and God knows how many others before them have stated.)

On a side note, seems crazy to me that some people hang weights all day, all day extenders and myriad of other contraptions, and don’t get anything??

I would feel guilty if I had gained even a FUCKING SMIDGEN of girth!!
Oh well, the checks and balances of humility.
