Ok well, i’m 19, and, heh, not as happy with my size as I could be, i wanna add like an inch or two, and girth it up some, and, rather then search through all thes boards, can anyone tell me the website that has the most proven effects?

Yes, there are both. Check the FAQ Forum for some good beginning information, then the Review Forum, then try some of the links at the bottom of this page. Don’t get in a hurry to go with a paysite, look around and know the advantages of going free or pay before you make your choice.
