Well you lovely people, I have forgotten about “pills and patches” and I am taking the “bull by the horn” so to speak. I have done five minuet of warm up, five minute of stretching and five minuets jelqing. I have noticed that I get a harder erection at night. With being an olden, I don’t waist them, not knowing when I might next one.
Now let ask this question to those of you who have been doing PE for some time. How long should these exercises last in the beginning. And what other exercises should I be contemplating on including in this nightly ritual, of stretching me plonker.
