I get thrombosed veins really easily

I get thrombosed veins really easily

I started jelqing a while ago, and I got a thrombosed vein. I obviously stopped jelqing for a few weeks until the hard vein dissappeared, and I tried again. Few days later, it came back, so this time I stopped for 3 months. I decided to start jelqing again, and for some reason the thrombosed vein returned.

I’m definitely applying heat, stretching it and I’m definitely not overtraining. Any help?

Hate to bust your bubble but getting a thrombosed vein is tantamount to over-training. My advice is that you become involved in the community here at Thunder’s. Once your involvement increases you are more likely to learn enough to avoid injuring yourself. If one were to judge solely by number of posts, I would say an individual’s proclivity for injury drops substantially after maybe 300 posts. But even a million posts cannot prevent you from injury, so don’t miss the point. What I’m trying to say is that you should read as much as humanly possible about PE, and ask questions and become engaged here at Thunder’s. That way, you’ll become knowledgeable about what you are trying to do.

Recognize.

Its probably just edema trapped in the lymph vessels. I’ve written a ton on it, but it appears never wrote a thread on it. Many of us have narrow lymph vessels. When we use PE methods that start to move a lot of edema into the skin, it then has to drain out through the lymphatic vessels into the lymph system. Sometimes the smaller vessels get overloaded and “pinch off” some of the fluid resulting in pale, wormlike strings with lumps along it.

The answer is to warm it up good, then “strip” the vessel toward your belly, use your finger and press very firmly. If its a lymph “clog”, it doesn’t hurt, unless its been clogged for days, then it gets sore. The longer its been clogged, the harder it is to get it moving again.

Before I understood this, I got it, and left it for about a week. I needed to use low vacuum pumping to get it moving again, and then strip it toward my abdomin. I still get it easily if I get any edema from PE, but now I strip it down immediately and its no longer a problem.

The thing is, I THOUGHT I was overtraining, so I deliberately under-trained, to slowly build up and get my penis used to it. And then after just one or two days, the thrombosed vein came back. Right now, honestly, I think theres something wrong with my penis, why do they pop up so easily

If it is, what should I do about it?

Some of us are very susceptible to it, but if you learn how to deal with it, its no problem. A true thrombosed vein is very painful. Go back and re-read my first post, I edited and added advice on how to deal with it.

Ah ok, ty, it’s abit confusing, but ill try it out. I’m not sure it’s a thrombosed vein, but it does feel like a guitar string under my skin, and hurts if I aggravate it (by having sex/masturbating)

As I’ve tried to point out many, many times: Thrombosed veins are not common. They are due to blood clotting in the vein and the resultant attempt by the body to absorb the clot. Thrombosed veins are painful and hard. The skin is red and hot. They do not come and go easily.

Hey 6inch, I never had a thrombosed vein but from what I know on the subject, they do not appear easy. You have to seriously overtrain to get one. What I figure is that it may be an ingrown hair. Now these I’ve had. And from what you wrote, sounds to me like you’ve got one too.

They can look scary - mine looked like a big boil dark purple in color, a bit tender to touch but as I recall, not very painful. And it was the same for me - it appeared almost out of nowhere, and the more I jelqed the more pronounced it became. In the end I let it heal a bit, and then picked the fucker out with a needle.

:chicken: My chicken is on the path of becoming a big cock! :rooster:

I have recently started jelqing with a moderate grip and I have noticed my dorsal vein looks very swollen after jelqing and somewhat deformed. When I say deformed it looks like spots or patches where the vein looks like it begins to branch towards the heads, but instead of looking normal these areas look puffy and raised. It does not look like how my unit normally looks nor does it look healthy. I googled Mondor’s disease, which is the medical name for thrombosis of the dorsal vein and few pictures google had looked very similar to what my unit looks like. My vein is not rock solid, but when I touch it with my finger it will move a significant distance (half cm or more) to the left or right very easily. I do not remember my vein moving at all if touched. I noticed a slight pain after in my unit after jelqing as well. My grip is not firm, I am very cautious. My grandmother has a blood condition that causes clots and has to take blood thinners, otherwise she will develop thrombosed veins. This is not from over training as I make sure not to use a firm grip and I noticed the change after the first time I jelqed. The vein looks worse the day of and after jelqing, it doesn’t look as bad if I take a few days off. For example, it looks ok today in its current state, but yesterday when in the shower and hot water was on it, the vein was very noticeable with puffy deformed section sticking out more than the rest of the vein. I don’t think its thrombosed, but there may be inflammation in the vein due to the jelqing. I am stopping jelqing until I get some feedback from you guys, as I do not want this to lead to a T-vein or any other injury to my unit.

I do not think a thrombosed veins matches what is going on in my unit although it looked similar to the pictures I found on google the other day regarding thrombosed dorsal vein.

Upon further investigation, a varicose vein is more in line with what may be going on with my unit. The valves of the vein can get injured from stretching and compression (jelqs), and when damaged they cause blood to pool and give the appearance of a deformed vein with sections of widening. My unit looks very similar to the guy’s unit in the link below. This is not a simple case of my vein appearing more enlarged, it is developing widened sections that were never present in my penis before jelqing and are becoming progressively more pronounced with each session.

I tried finding the pictures regarding Mondor’s disease that I had found the other day on google; however, I can’t find them. I am stopping PE until this gets sorted out.
