I Get Hard When I Try To Stretch

So I’ve read that one should not be erect while stretching. However, for some reason I easily start to get an erection shortly after starting my exercises. How important is it that I am flaccid while stretching? Should I stop and wait for my erection to go away?

I have the same problem when stretching, and for some reason, when jelqing, this not occur with same frequency

Yes! Wait for your erection to subside. After awhile you’re penis will learn the difference between play time and work time.

An erect penis doesn’t stretch. Every tissue inside gets hardened and tunica “locked” so to speak. One of the few exercises that I know of, that can be considered an stretch being done with erection, is erect bending. Dangerous and should be avoided.

If you start to get erect before the stretch, relax and let it subside. I’m suffering from this as well.

I don’t get a full erection but it does fill a bit with blood maybe 25%. I still stretch it and it seems ok.

I’m not so concerned about injury, mostly results. I don’t want to hinder my progress.

I wouldn’t do anything at full mast for fear of breaking my dick. Wait until it goes down a bit before stretching or working out.

I have the same problem. What seems to help me is I apply my heating pad on and it helps my erection calm down faster. Once it’s nice and flacid again, I proceed the stretch routine.
