Let me start off by saying I started my PE journey in 2007. After a month of jelqing and stretching I was gaining considerable girth, but not length. Around this time, I damaged my unit by jelqing too erect. The following night I went to have sex with my still current girlfriend, and things would not work- but that’s another story. Months later I realised taking viagra and arginine regained some of my penile health. To this day I still believe I have a venous leakage, as my penis goes down quickly and the head is always deflated; I still would get morning wood which is a positive PI.

After I accessed my dick, I believed it was going to be healed as much as it could be. (a year and couple months post injury)

I pumped at levels even below what the starting guide to pumping recommended; I jelqed at a fraction of what the newbie routine suggests; I stretched at a fraction of what the newbie routine outlines to stretch at. All of these exercises have been isolated, too, with proper resting periods. I purchased an xleeve, that makes me turtle and fatigued after only an hour of use. So, I layed off that for a few days. And, in an attempt to regain penis health, I decided to pump for ED. The same regimen outlined in the ‘Pumping for ED’ thread. One 5 minute session at 2-3hg pressure left me with no morning wood. That was yesterday.

What it really boils down to, is, is there ever a chance I can gain anything from exercises? Do I always need positive PIs to indicate I’m growing? Perhaps I’m gaining, but then back down because I am getting negative PIs and putting to a halt all that growth that would’ve been had.

I already have a tool with venous leakage and a deflated head, can’t I atleast have a bigger tool with all these same symptoms? When I was having the best erections of my life, was directly following my surgery in which I had my appendix removed. That was two weeks in the hospital being on Demerol/morphine every couple hours, and I was having hard boners at night; and when I got out of the hospital, I was getting it up without Viagra to bone my girlfriend. I know this suggests if I leave it alone my quality will come back. But the problem is, once that is regained, the slightest exercise -5 minute pump session; an hour of ADS- tires my unit out.

Is it a well known thing the deflated head thing? I remember to have a nicer head in my teen years so maybe I got it also and just didn’t really noticed.

Maybe you should go see a urologist. That is never a bad idea when you suspect you may have damaged your unit. That`s what I would do, but that`s just me.

You should also check the Injuries/Treatments forum or do a search for venous leak as there are already a number of threads relating to it.

It seems from what you say that you have been exercising your dick all the time. If so try giving it a complete rest, - even sex if you can.for two or three week (or more) to give it a shance to recover. Then perhaps try some gentle stimulating exercise. Hold your glans in between the two middle finger palm upwards and lie in bed and give it a gentle pull towards your head. That can help you get an erection through stimulus, and hopefully lead to normal function. But certainly give it a ret for a while.

If this was post injury, it indicates that you are now very sensitive to PE and have to dial down the force and time for a while.

Sounds like you have a pump, after getting evaluated by the Urologist (hint, hint)I suggest you start with 3 minutes daily at 3 in hg. When you can go 15 minutes without decrease of EQ, then I would increase to 4 in hg and drop the time back down to 5 minutes. When you can work up to 10-20 minutes daily or every other day @ 4 in hg, IF YOUR MECHANISMS AREN’T TOO DAMAGED if should give you far better EQ again.

AGAIN, work up slowly in time and watch your EQ. Take a month or two to work up to 15 minutes. Remember, you want to rebuild your unit first, THEN see if it is capable of growth. If I were you, I wouldn’t ever go above 4 in hg again, I would just slowly work up to 2 sets of 15 minutes at 4.00 in hg or less time (see what is best for you) and see if daily or every other day is best for you. Thanks for the posts, guys. I’ll definitley be incorporating your ideas into my routine from now on. As for seeing a urologist, I’ve seen a couple of Urologists. When it comes to an injury in PE, they either don’t believe PE is possible and one can hurt their unit in such a way, or they just hear you had ED and throw Viagra & Caverject at you. So, before I discovered the good generic sites, I was using the Urologist only as my outlet to obtain these things. I knew he couldn’t do anything for me in healing my dick, so I could only rely on the prescriptions and try my own thing. I pumped tonight for a couple mini-sets at 3 minutes.

Should I take a complete 2 week break or can I pump very mild to try to build the quality of my penis up? What I’m saying is, if my penis is damaged, can it be healed through the use of using a penis pump at regular intervals, or take a complete two week break from all exercises?

IF you were getting good erections in the hospital, then you can’t have bad damage. IF you start using the pump on a low level, it will just begin to rehad the smooth muscle if its beginning to have problems due to unuse.

So, start with pumping at 3 in hg for 3 minutes, and slowly build from there based on how you respond.

I have an endless supply of Viagra; can I take this before my workout, right before bed?
