I feel like I have tried everything

I feel like I have tried everything

Hello,

Been a member here for well .. Many many years. And I think I have never made a post?

I’ll try and keep this short.

I have had multiple goes at PE in my life so far. I have used a penis extender from X4 labs about 3 separate times. 1 time was a 6 month stint of doing it very religiously and using a routine on here (Whichever was/is repped the most for extenders) I had absolutely no gains at all. Or the other 2 times.
I also have done manual exercises multiple times, the newb routine, and I beleive I tried mem’s momentus gains thing once.
I also purchased a vacuum hanger, which in the space of 2 weeks permanently gave me a purple spot on the end of my ding dong, and seemed to do little else so that got trashed.

I am exactly the same as when I started, about 5.7”. My goal would 7”.

The problem is it really frustrates me, I wonder if there are people who can’t make any gains regardless what they do? When you read of someone who gained an inch in 6 weeks it makes me really angry that I can’t acheive that. I would be perfectly happy spending 2 years acheiving my goal length of 7”, but with zero gains after probably at least 2 years (not in a row) it seems impossible.

I’ve considered buying other stuff but from everything I read on here manual techniques work better than everything else anyway. I’ve also considered chemical PE. I have used a lot of recreational drugs in the past, and sometimes still do, I’ve also used very mild steroids a couple of times. So my point is, I’m not afraid of putting weird things in my body.

Any help would be appreciated.

How long did you do the newbie routine. I am a big advocate of manual stretching. I think most should be able to gain doing manuals. My main thing I tell people is time under tension and consistency is the key to gains. As time goes on you need more time and more tension to achieve gains. If your doing a stretching routine consistently (1-2 months) and not gaining then you have to increase time or tension. I have only did jelqing in-between sets of pumping. In my opinion extenders have to used for 1000’s of hours to get the gains.

Did you use constant heat in your routine this has played a big factor. I think you should step back and approach it with the thought that I am going to grow and stretch, jelq, hang , and pump until I hit my goal. I am not saying to do all. But those seem to the thing that I have seen offering the most results across the board.

The key is to stay positive and committed to a routine for a while. If it does not work then change it up.

I was trying different things for over 5 years before I gained anything solid, that was some length last year from hanging.
If you’re a hardgainer you’re going to have to be totally commited, methodical and disciplined.

For example giving up on vachanging after 2 weeks because you got a blister, that’s no good, you have to work the problems out of these things.
I’ve lost track of the blisters I’ve had but I keep modifying my technique and slowly getting better at it, if in the future I get more problems I’ll buy a Bib hanger and learn to use that which I’d expect to take months, you get the idea.

If you really want it don’t give up.

For length I’d say hang at least an hour a day with IR heat and slowly increase weight, it worked for me.

have you tried constant heat with one of those 850 nm infrared bulbs? They’re only $20

Have you tried pumping or just manual stretching. I was able to get modest gains from manual stretching. Just started pumping, it’s interesting.

This is it. My best gains came with time under tension while using heat. I don’t know all of the science behind it, other than it works.

Goal:10.0bpX7.25mseg Building a thicker unit, click by click, pump by pump, jelq by jelq!

Thanks guys, good information there.

It’s annoying in a way that I no longer live by myself, I live with the mrs who of course I’d rather keep out of the loop. And that would be very hard for something of this nature.
From what I have read, heat really is the magic ingredient.

I just didnt like the vac hanger at all. I did everything I could find with it online, followed everyrthing to the letter with taping and such. Not sure I could have done anything differently. Perhaps a different kind of hanger with a heat lamp would be a good move at some point then?

Have you considered the possibilty to be one of them to gain all of a sudden?

I mean, I literally woke up a in the morning and my penis was 0.3 longer. And I was on a routine 4 months, before seeing that. 4 months with only better EQ.

After that I had an injury stopped for 10 days and woke up the 11th day with a 0.3 longer dick.Just like that. Maybe it’s a hormone thing, or how my body reacts to changes.

For example I work out since I was a kid.Never stopped. I am only gaining, muscle or strength or getting leaner or whatever I am training, the days that I actually don’t work out being on deconditioning. I don’t even swell after lifting weights and if I swell, the swelling goes in about 10-15 minutes.

Keeping that in mind maybe you should consider choosing a routine, follow it religiously for a year making the right adjustments and leting your penis rest completely every 2 months for a week or two. Don’ t skip from a routine or a way of training every once and a while.

How about that. Manuals are the easiest and stealthier way.

You may wanna consider constant heating also.
