Should I jelq under heat?? I mean I wake up stretch yadda yadda then I head to the shower and I get a nice hot shower, while I’m in there I’m stretching more under heat. Then after a little bit of v stretch I go to about 10 min jelq under heat. I have not seen anything bad yet. Any thoughts? Should I not jelq under heat. Btw after all of the jelqing a still do more stretching under heat for about another 5 min. Then I”m out and I’ve done the routine and I am off to seize the day. So.. Should I lose some of the heat?

If you are capable of applying a heat source during your routine, then do it. Heat is seen by many to be a very beneficial asset in terms of making the tissues more malleable and manageable for a successful PE exercise.
